The Volcano Sisters are the titular main antagonists of the episode of The Backyardigans, The Legend of the Volcano Sisters. They are played by Uniqua and Tasha.
Biography[]
The Luau Brothers, Pablo the Swift, Tyrone the Strong, and Just Austin are preparing a luau, when the Volcano Sisters loudly let them know that they're mad from their volcano while causing a earthquake and their volcano to smoke out of their fury. They inform the brothers that they want something, and if they don't get it, they'll make the volcano erupt, ruining the luau (and killing the brothers). They angrily refuse to tell the brothers what they want or give them hints. Tyrone the Strong climbs up a mountain to get them the heaviest tiki mask, but they say that's not what they wanted either. Pablo the Swift swims through the ocean to get the shiniest pearl by fighting off a sentient oyster, but they say that's not what they wanted.
They then cause the volcano to shake furiously. Just Austin tells the other brothers that the Volcano Sisters want flowers. As they're getting ready to erupt, Just Austin, who has been ignored by the other Brothers, takes his plan into action. He invites the sisters to their luau just and gives them the flowers as the volcano is about to erupt, and it turns out to be what they wanted. After thanking them and cheering them up, they decide not to coat the island in lava or kill the brothers and have fun with the brothers at the luau. They also give Austin a new title; Austin the Smart.
