Volta, known as Thunder King in the Japanese version, is a member of the Demons and an antagonist in Pocky & Rocky. He is the boss of stage 5.

Biography

Volta was assigned to guard the Demon Corridor, to prevent anyone from getting through and rescuing Princess Luna. He appeared before Pocky and Mad Dog as the pair neared the end of the Demon Corridor. Declaring that he couldn't let them get through the corridor, Volta began attacking them. However, riding on Mad Dog, Pocky managed to land enough hits on Volta to defeat him. Upon his defeat, Volta froze as his body bounced down the Demon Corridor, allowing Pocky and Mad Dog to reach the end.

Following Volta's defeat, his brother Bolta would try attacking Pocky while she was riding on Gordon the Dragon in order to avenge him.
