Vought American or Vought International , also known as Vought-America, Vought Industries or simply Vought, are the main antagonists of the comic book series The Boys, its 2019 Amazon adaptation of the same name and the overarching antagonists of its spin-off TV Series, Gen V.
In the show, they were originally an organization created by a former Nazi after World War II for the purpose of developing superhumans and are accountable for many of the superhuman groups that exist in the world of The Boys. They are also responsible for the founding and creation of The Seven, as they established him them in order to gain money and profit by manipulating the public in believing that they're a superhero team.
In the comics, after the dissolution of The Seven including the deaths of Black Noir and Homelander, it remains unknown what happened to the company; it is most likely that Vought was disbanded after the fall of the superhuman groups altogether.

Trivia[]
- Vought is the only organization that isn't a parody of a Marvel or DC property. In fact, given the anti-consumer and anti-capitalist satire of the comic and TV show, they could be seen as parodies of Marvel and DC themselves, especially considering The Boys creator, Garth Ennis' dislike towards superheroes.
- It is worth noting that The Boys was originally abilet briefly published by DC comics, so that may not necessarily be true.
