Waldondo del Mundo is a minor antagonist in Dragons: Rescue Riders, appearing as the main antagonist of the episode, "Treasure Riders", and the special "The Hunt for the Golden Dragon".
Biography[]
Treasure Riders[]
Waldondo del Mundo defeated three wolves in order to protect the Rescue Riders. Later they are heading for the Isle of Lost Vikings to find Odin's Gem without Burple. Once they reached there, they avoided the booby traps from the caves, then Waldondo told the Rescue Riders that there is a treasure inside the boat. Once the Rescue Riders went in, Waldondo tricked them that that is the treasure and locked them inside. Marena rode Burple to save the Rescue Riders and fought Waldondo and tied him. The real Odin's Gem is with Marena all along.
Hunt for the Golden Dragon[]
Waldondo showed the map to the Rescue Riders in order for them to protect the Golden Egg, which is extremely rare. This is a trick, because the purpose is to steal the egg. Once he met other pirates which are two different crews of Erik the Wretched and Svetlana the Sly, they all work together, because they all wanted the egg and they can divide what they earned into three. The Rescue Riders pushed their bost secretly and the pirates fight each other. The Rescue Riders met the Golden Dragon and they asked for her glitter. The Riders made three fake eggs. Two broke and one fell underwater and the pirates thought this is the real one.
Where's Waldondo?[]
Once Marena has been kidnapped, Waldondo disguised himself as Marena and told the Rescue Riders that Waldondo has been kidnapped. They went to the lair of the pirates in order to find her. Once they found her, Waldondo removed his disguise in order to reveal who he is, since he knows they would not trust Waldondo, but trust Marena. After that, Waldondo and Marena are starting to be friends, which implied that Waldondo has redeemed.
Appearance[]
Waldondo appears to be Spanish, based on his name and accent. He also appeared to have a Spanish attire. He is also shown to speak Spanish.
Personality[]
Waldondo is a greedy figure. He does not even care about others, but only the treasure. He tricked the Rescue Riders by trapping them inside a boat, since he does not care.
Trivia[]
- Waldondo is based on Jack Sprat, a villain from The Adventures of Puss in Boots, another series from Dreamworks. Both are villains who are still trusted by one hero despite betraying them several times.
