Walter "Walt" Elias Disney is a one-time villain from the Netflix original series, Paradise P.D., only appearing in "Who Ate Wally's Waffles?". He is a depiction of the real-life founder of Disney, Walt Disney. He is currently a cryogenically frozen brain in a freezer, who is occasionally defrosted, whenever the fate of his company is threatened.
Biography[]
In "Who Ate Wally's Waffles?", Cory Romando defrosted the brain of Walt Disney, when Delbert tried to escape. He took Walt's brain out of a freezer and put it into a microwave and heated it up. After that, he put it in some bricks, which unlocked a big system, linking Walt's brain with the Disney Castle (which could be manipulated like a robot) and giving Walt Disney full control over it. Walt chased down Delbert as he tried to escape while laughing maniacally. Walt finally caught Delbert and told him that he belonged to the Disney company and there was no escaping him. Robby, not wanting to lose his friend made a wish on a star for his friend to come back. Strangely enough, Walt Disney obliged to setting Delbert free, as it was in the rule book that he has to make people's star wishes come true. After that, Walt Disney left Robby and Delbert alone and went back to his frozen state.

- It was plainly mentioned many times in the episode, that Walt Disney is anti-Semitic. This refers to the unfounded rumor that Walt Disney had a strong hatred for Jews.
- One of the hieroglyphics on the ancient container for Walt's brain strongly resembles Bill Cipher, the main villain from the Disney series, Gravity Falls. This could be a reference to the recurring theme of Bill Cipher cameos appearing throughout the series.
