Biography[]
Prior to the series, Walter is the older brother of Flip Phillipini. Unlike his brother, Walter is most successful, due to dedicated his life to nothing but business and industries. It was revealed that Walter actually owns Flip's Food & Fuel due to Flip lying to him by asking him for $57,000 to keep his business afloat. It was then explained that the lies Flip told Walter wasd that he needed the money for his family, who he made Lincoln a deal for him to borrow his mom, five of his sisters and him to pretend to be his family in exchange to give Lincoln the Everlasting Emerald ring so he can give it to Charlie, who was moving.
During his stay, the charade worked even with Lynn Sr (who goes by the name Kristoff Bolschwarzenegger German Shepherd von Tropp, or Kristoff Bol) being here until he accidentally revealed that truth to him. Upset that his brother lied to him about the money, he told Flip that if he doesn't pay him back $57,000 by later that day, he will destroy the Food & Fuel (since he does own it).
So the Louds set up the Loud-a-palooza and manage to raise $56,998, and as it seems that Walter was going to destroy Food & Fuel, only for Flip to go inside and get his first-ever $2 bill, officially making it $57,000 repaying Walter.
