Wargilgar (ワルギルガー Warugirugā) is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Spyler) of the Zone Fighter episode “Invasion! Garoga’s Grand Army - Godzilla Appears”. He is an insect like Kaiju created by the Garogas in an attempt to take over Earth.
Biography[]
One day, a strange object fell from the sky during a meteor shower. The Zone Family came to investigate, and encountered Hotaru's childhood friend, Sachio, who had apparently survived the destruction of their homeworld. While returning home that night, Wargilgar made his first appearance. Wasting no time at all, Hikaru immediately transformed into to Zone Fighter in order to fight him.
Using his double barrel chest cannon, Wargilgar temporarily managed to keep Zone Fighter at bay before the later started gaining the upper hand and began throwing the former around like a rag doll. However, before Wargilgar could be destroyed by Zone Fighter with his Meteor Missile Might attack, Wargilgar was seemingly vaporized by Sachio using a strange device.
After a failed trap set up by "Sachio", it’s revealed that Saicho was really a silver Garoga in disguise and that Wargilgar wasn't actually vaporized at all and was simply teleported out of danger instead. Hikaru then transformed into Zone Fighter and launched himself into a TV and arrives in the danger zone. Unfortunately,due to his arm being badly injured from the failed trap perpetuated by the Garogas. Zone fighter struggles with the monster. To make matters even worse, Wargilgar was joined by the Sachio-Garoga who had transformed into the monster Spyler.
With the 2 monsters beating him mercilessly and having no other option left, Zone Junior and Zone Angel called in Godzilla for help. Godzilla immediately showed up and began to help Zone Fighter face the evil monsters.
Zone Fighter deals with Spyler while Godzilla contends with Wargilgar. The insect fires his mouth cannons, and though Godzilla hesitates for a moment, he ultimately destroys the gargantuan arthropod with his powerful Atomic Heat Ray.

- At 108 meters tall, he is one of the tallest Kaiju in Zone Fighter, with the only Kaiju to match him being Moguranda
