Biography[]
Warp is a thief from the future who appeared in present time to steal a valuable antic clock from a local museum, bringing him into conflict with the Teen Titans. The heroes fought Warp and attempted to defeat him, but were unsuccessful. As Warp opened a portal to time-travel back to the future, Starfire attacked him and pulled his Vortex Regulator out of his chest, causing Starfire to land in Jump City 20 years into the future, where it was snowy. Starfire found her friends, who were aged, but they were of no use in her search for Warp.
Later, he met up with Starfire again and attacked her so he could get the powering device back and return to his timeline. Once Starfire handed back the regulator Warp proceeded to finish her off, but was interrupted by Robin, now known as Nightwing, and returned to the museum to reattach the device to his uniform. As the other Titans got their message, they joined Starfire and Nightwing to fight Warp. Just as Warp attempted to time travel through another portal, Nightwing defeated Warp by causing the regulator to go haywire which reduced him to an infant. Cyborg then used Warp's powering device to create a portal to send Starfire back to the present with the stolen clock.
Sometime later, Warp reappeared back to his adult self. He became a member of the Brotherhood of Evil, to eliminate the Teen Titans and their allies. He was sent along with See-More to capture the Herald, but they failed and got defeated. Later on, during the final battle, he was defeated again by Thunder and got frozen.
Trivia[]
This version of Warp has far more in common with the DC villain Chronos, than he does with his comic book counterpart.
