The Water Vellumental is a boss and supporting antagonist in the second chapter of the 2020 RPG adventure game Paper Mario: The Origami King.
It takes the form of an origami water dragon and is the second Vellumental, first boss of Chapter 2 and third boss overall in the game.
Biography[]
The Water Vellumental was one of the four Vellumentals who resided in the Water Vellumental Shrine. After it was defeated by Mario, Olivia gained the ability to transform into it. Also, at King Olly's boss battle, he has the ability to transform into any of the Vellumentals, including the Water Vellumental.
Trivia[]
- The Water Vellumental is often considered to be the hardest boss in Paper Mario: The Origami King, mainly due to its higher attack power and a much more difficult gimmick compare to the previous two bosses.
- The Water Vellumental is the first boss in the Paper Mario series to be water themed.
