Wattary Gilla is an officer in BESPA's elite Yellow Jacket forces and a minor antagonist in Mobile Suit Victory Gundam.
He is voiced by Fumihiko Tachiki.
Biography[]
Wattary and his men were sent near Kasarelia to battle the League Militaire. He ended up killing both of his subordinates when one displayed dishonorable actions and the other attempted to rape Katejina. He eventually found himself fighting Uso in the Victory Gundam. After Uso defeated him, Wattary exited his mobile suit and came face-to-face with Uso, discovering that the pilot who had defeated him was just a young boy. Wattary was shocked to see that children like Uso were fighting in the war. Unable to grapple with the reality, Wattary pulls out a grenade and uses it to blow himself up, choosing to commit suicide rather than continue partaking in the conflict.
