Wayne Delancy is a minor antagonist in Fallout 4. He is hitman in Sinjin's gang located in Goodneighbor.
He was voiced by Bruce Thomas.

Wayne Delancy is a hitman in Goodneighbor who works for the a raider group led by Singin. Wayne was responsible for killing Miss Selmy and her child because she couldn't pay Singin back, This news flooded Goodneighbor, with it being widely known.
Fallout 4[]
The Sole Survivor (player character) begins to work with Kent Connolly to clean the streets of Goodneighbor and disguises himself as "The Silver Shroud", a comic-book vigilante who wears a black trench coat and fedora, alongside wielding a silver Tommy gun. Wayne was Kent's first target because he killed Miss Selmy. When Wayne is confronted, he turns hostile and attacks. After he is killed, the sole survivor places a Silver Shroud Calling card on his corpse and leaves.
