~ Weasel as Lionel's Nau blows up |
Weasel is the main antagonist of Lionel's Kingdom: Wall, a Graphic MSP based on the Lionel's Kingdom segments of the Monica's Gang franchise.
He is Lionel II's treacherous advisor who plans to usurp his position and his kingdom. With the kingdom having been waging war on the nearby jungle since the rule of Lionel's father, Weasel crosses paths with them as well, wanting to wipe them out while Lionel, contrastingly, wishes to find a way to peacefully cohexist, unaware of the amount of corruption behind the war. When the young king joins forces with the Jungle Gang after a failed assassination attempt on his life, Weasel takes over the kingdom and focuses on the now united threat, planning to kill both the rightful ruler and the whole jungle resistance and rule unopposed. He is the arch-nemesis of Lionel II and Thunder.
He is based on Joe Weasel from the original Lionel's Kingdom comics, albeit a much darker interpretation of the character.
Personality[]
Weasel is a hihgly psychopatic individual, as seen in his utter lack of empathy towards the thousands of lives that'd be lost through burning the forest. He is also manipulative, able to be on Lionel II's good graces while plotting to kill and overthrow him. During the final battle, while using his Calorium suit to fight, Weasel shows a brutal and bloodthirsty side of his personality that didn't become appearant before, likely due to his inability in combat; he angrily shouts at Rita before smashing her, taunts Thunder and his friends over the burning jungle and laughs evilly in an aexagerrated way.
In the end, however, he is a coward, who resorts to wimply asking for mercy when Thunder obliterates his armor in a fit of rage, showcasing how he can only be so confident and snarky when he is in control of a situation.
Biography[]
Weasel is introduced alongside Minister Lou Courier, as they watch Lionel II depart in a Nau onwards to a diplomatic mission. Suddenly, a big explosion destroys the vehicle, with Courier horrified and Weasel pretending to be surprised. It is soon revealed that it was an assassination plot set by Weasel in order to seize power. Unlike Lionel II's progressist views, Weasel planned to fully wage war on the jungle and destroy them, as well as monopolize the Calerium industry and controlling nearby kingdoms with it.
Weasel then appears at Thunder's office, berating the elephant for questioning the taxing methods employed that he was about to sign. Weasel calls him out and threatens to send him to the mines, like he would've already done if he didn't suspect his memory could be useful. The next day, Weasel discusses his plans with Ferret, while they are overheard by the Jungle Gang's spy, Ant Rita. Upon seeing her, Weasel orders her death, and tries to smash her. She flees, but Weasel's aermy goes after her.
After Lionel, who survived the explosion, makes a deal with the Jungle Gang and invades the Kingdom's castle, Weasel appears, revealing he had spies across the jungle just like they had in there, and expected them. His personal guard and Ferret appears, and Weasel himself is using a mecha suit based on Tim Turtle's. Fighting against the rebellion in the throne room, Weasel opens the window and reveals his naus setting fire upon the forest, revealing his genocidal plans to eliminate the rebellion through its roots. While he is mostly winning due to Thunder holding back, once he tries to take a chance to kill Rita (who barely survives), Thunder loses it and destroys his armor, nearly killing Weasel, who begs for mercy.
Defeated on the ground, Weasel is not seen anymore, but presumably got arrested following his plans being foiled and Lionel II becoming the rightful king, as well as ending the war and feud with the Jungle Gang.
