Weird Tom is the main antagonist of the 2016 movie, Odd Squad: The Movie. He is the former archenemy of Olympia, Otis, Ms. O, and Oona.

He was portrayed by Jack McBrayer, who voiced Badgey in Star Trek: Lower Decks and Charlie Bainbridge in Phineas and Ferb.

Biography

Weird Tom makes his first appearance by stealing one of Odd Squad's clients, who has unwanted slug feet. As Odd Squad starts planning a solution, Tom simply pulls out his own device and zaps the woman with it, making her feet return to normal. When asked by Odd Squad how he did that, he reveals that his invention can solve anything. Because of Tom's quickness and single-gadget, Weird Team quickly becomes more popular, and eventually, Odd Squad goes out of business.

As Olympia and Otis are forced out of their job, they soon come across the lady from earlier, who had slug feet. Despite being "cured", she still moves around very slow and doesn't know why. Otis then takes some sand from the ground, and throws it at the woman's feet, revealing that her feet never changed at all back to normal; Tom just made it look like that.

It's revealed that Tom's invention is actually just a hologram machine that he calls "the Holograminator". With it, he's been pretending to fix everyone's problems just to become popular, but has actually just been causing more issues, since nothing was actually solved.

Due to Tom's negligence, so much Odd has occurred in the world, including the release of the deadly species that can eat anything known as the Daves, which duplicate by saying it's own name. With the world at stake, Tom realizes that he must help Odd Squad in order to save the world, so he helps them from the sidelines by helping them get their reputation back.

To thank him for his help, he is pardoned for the chaos that he caused, and is allowed to join Odd Squad as an honorary agent. Even though the suits are kid sizes, Tom says, "It's perfect."
