Fourth Spear, Wendinu is a member of the Seven Darkness Spears of the Jakanja and one of the major antagonists in Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger. She is often seen alongside Furabiijo.

Wendinu is the one responsible for reviving the Jakanja's Mid-Rank Ninjas after each of them is defeated. For the ninjas of Chuuzubo's Alien Ninja Corps, Wendinu would fire an "Enlargement Jutsu" scroll down to Earth from her bazooka. For Sargain's Puppet Ninja Corps, Wendinu sends a Copy Giant down to Earth to absorb the ninja's remains. For Satarakura's Masked Ninja Corps, Wendinu tosses down a mask called a "Dekkamen".

She is portrayed by Mio Fukuzumi.

Biography

Wendinu was at some point recruited by Tau Zant to join the Jakanja and became a member of their Seven Dark Spears. Tau Zant had taken an interest in her for her unique ability to grow stronger by getting angrier and more stressed, with her destroying an entire planet on at least one occasion.

She and the rest of the first five Dark Spears came to Earth alongside Tau Zant, after one of the probes the Jakanja had sent out activated and identified Earth as a suitable planet for the Jakanja's plans. The Jakanja began their assault by destroying both the Hayate and Ikazuchi Way Ninja Academies, only to be met with opposition from the Hurricanegers, three former students of Hayate's Way. Whenever a Mid-Rank Ninja was destroyed by the Hurricanegers, Wendinu was the one in charge of reviving it. After the Gouraigers allied with the Jakanja, she and Furabiijo fawned over them and expressed to be big fans of theirs, though these emotions went away after the Gouraigers joined with the Hurricanegers.

Following the first death of Manmaruba, Wendinu decided to creating own "Wendinu Cram School" to train children to fight against the Hurricanengers. While passing out fliers for her school while in disguise, Wendinu fell in love with a grocery store clerk named Hashimoto and attempted to persuade him to work for her. Later, Hashimoto would come by the school and accept her offer, becoming a receptionist. Once Wendinu had gotten enough mothers to send their students to attend her cram school, had the Puppet Ninja Jukukinoko brainwash the students who attended her school, allowing Wendinu to teach them that the Hurricanegers, Gouraigers and Shurikengers were their enemies.

The Hurricanegers discovered her scheme however and infiltrated the school to stop her. It was at this point that "Hashimoto" revealed himself to be Shurikenger in disguise. Wendinu's anger over her plan being thwarted and learning that Shurikenger had disguised himself as Hashimoto caused her to grow extremely powerful and become giant. The Hurricanegers summoned their mecha to fight her, but Wendinu was able to overwhelm Senpuujin and Gouraijin with her rage. However, after seeing the real Hashimoto, Wendinu became calm again and shrunk back down, leaving the battlefield to chase after him.

She and Furabiijo later began fawning over Sandaaru, the last of the Seven Dark Spears, after he arrived on Centipede. However, while Furabiijo remained enamoured with him, Wendinu would grow suspicious of Sandaaru after seeing how strong he was.

Revived Wendinu.

After Sandaaru seemingly killed Tau Zant, Furabiijo and Wendinu decided to join Sandaaru rather than avenge Tau Zant and were able to convince Sandaaru to let them be his helpers. They fought alongside Sandaaru as he faced down the Hurricanegers and Gouraigers. The two were defeated by a blast from the Victory Gadget.

Wendinu was later revived alongside the rest of the Seven Dark Spears by the Evil Will to destroy the Hurricanegers. Both she and Furabiijo were defeated again by HurricaneBlue.

However, rather than be destroyed, Furabiijo and Wendinu were instead blasted into Dino Earth. She and Furabiijo reappear in Abaranger vs. Hurricaneger where they vainly attempted to join the Evolians.
