Whiparella is a minor antagonist in the LEGO Nexo Knights series. She is a Lava Monster with the ability to make her enemies hallucinate their fears, and a former minion of Jestro and Monstrox.
She was voiced by Kathleen Barr, who also voiced Trixie Lulamoon in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Aspheera in the fifteenth season of the Ninjago TV series, Kevin and Marie Kanker in Ed, Edd n' Eddy, Eris, Laverna, Gwyllion, and Lydia in the Barbie series, Enchantra Yagami in Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch, Gelorum in Hot Wheels: AcceleRacers, Roodaka in Bionicle 3: Web of Shadows, Mr. Kat in Kid vs. Kat, Lorelei in PollyWorld, and Queen Chrysalis in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
Biography[]
Whiparella used to be a member of Monstrox's army of Lava Monsters until he was defeated by Merlok and turned into the Book of Monsters. Whiparella ended up trapped inside the Book of Fear but was freed by Jestro after the Book of Monsters ate it. On her first mission, she managed to hit four of the five Nexo Knights, namely Clay, Macy, Lance and Axl, with ther Whips of Fear, making them see their worst fears, but was unable to realize what Aaron was afraid of, meaning he was completely unaffected by her, and fled in humiliation.
After Monstrox's defeat, Whiparella and the rest of the Lava Monsters reformed and founded a town for themselves to live in, where Whiparella started working as a street performer.
