Whistler is a secondary antagonist from Mexican Motor Mafia. He was a powerful criminal and drug dealer, ruler of the town of La Perla, and a member and second-in-command of the Red Texas Four.
Biography[]
Whistler was a drug-dealing criminal who was a member and second-in-command of a four-member crime gang, the Red Texas Four. The leader of the gang, Jebediah Priest, was arrested by a lawman, Santos, and imprisoned, where he was on death row, but the other three criminals did not let the leader down. Whistler and the other two members, La Toro and Tito, successfully escaped Priest, who wanted revenge, so all four criminals sought out Santos when he was with his family.

Whistler kidnaps Santos' son and daughter.
Tito grabbed the policeman's hands from behind, Whistler kidnapped his son and daughter, and Jebediah shot Santos to death with one of his pistols in front of his children. After that, the four bandits went their separate ways, and Whistler began to strengthen the drug trade in his territories even more. However, Santos had an unnamed brother who wanted to avenge his death, free the kidnapped children and hunt down the four criminals. First, he completely destroyed La Toro and his gang, then defeated Tito's henchmen, but left the small bandit alive because he revealed that Whistler and Priest had taken the kidnapped children to El Sordos. This place was a known hideout for smugglers, where smuggling, drugs, theft and slavery were among the themes, and Santos' brother asked the owner of the cantina there, Jose, who initially did not speak because he was asking for favors. He said that he was owed quite a bit of money by gangs who were actually Whistler's henchmen. One gang was at a soccer field not far west of the town of Camargo, and the other gang besieged a refinery, northwest of the town of Ojinaga. The unnamed man went to both areas and killed the bandits, who were well armed and had a lot of stolen goods. He gave the debt to Jose, who was now willing to talk. He said that Priest sold the two children to Whistler who took them with him, and that he was running a drug operation, near the town of Ojinaga and that he was using the children as his own slave workers. He also said that Priest uses Santos' car, which he has modified to his liking. The nameless man immediately rushed to the town of Ojinaga where he spoke with the town leader. He said that there was an abandoned warehouse south of town, where the Rio Grande River flows, that Whistler had turned into a drug plant, where he had taken not only the two children, but also other abductees to working him. Santos' brother drove his car south, where he found the warehouse guarded by several armed bandits with cars, but killed them all.

He then entered the building where he saw dozens of children in face masks and white protective clothing producing drugs while armed guards were watching them. Santos' brother mercilessly killed the guards and then told the children to get out of the building and go home. The children ran out of the building one after the other, and then the nameless brother walked out with Santos' son and daughter, and already waiting for them was the man's companion, a Mechanic Girl, who had joined him on his way after freeing her from the Captivity of the Four. They then returned to Ojinaga where the man left the children with the town leader to protect them while he and the girl left to rid the rest of the area of Whistler. The town leader told them that Whistler is an actual drug dealer with a lot of influence, as he rules the town of La Perla, which is surrounded by his smugglers and bandits. The man and the girl went to the town of La Perla, on the way they were attacked by some bandits, but they defeated the criminals and then reached the town, where they spoke with the leader there. He said that Whistler's important men patrolled and robbed between La Perla and the town of Camargo, after which the man and the girl headed west and waited on the road. When they wanted to turn back because they couldn't find anyone or anything, Whistler's goons attacked them from the direction of La Perla, but the fight didn't last long, as Santos' brother and the Mechanic Girl easily defeated them. They then returned to the town, where the leader told them that Whistler was smuggling drugs across the border to other areas, using tunnels under a run down fairground. The fairgrounds were north-east of the town, right next to the Rio Grande River, and the man and woman immediately rushed to the scene. Whistler was indeed there and his men immediately launched an attack, but after they were dead, he also took off in his SUV. In the fight, he was a dangerous opponent due to the Uzi submachine guns and even he had a chance to win, but in the end he was seriously wounded and his car was destroyed.

Before his death, his eagle flew to him, which, in turn, saw that its owner was not going to live much longer, and then flew away, and Whistler died from the injury.
