The White Room is an organization in the manga, anime and light novel series Classroom of the Elite. The organization is founded by the main protagonist Kiyotaka Ayanokōji's father Atsuomi Ayanokōji, in order to create a more powerful generation. This however led to a large amount of childrens to suffer from mental health issues after having being tormented through the harsh journey they had experienced.
History[]
20 years ago, Kiyotaka’s father Professor Ayanokoji founded the organization as an educational project with the main goal of increasing the knowledges and intelligences of future generations in Japan. The organization started its first year with each generation having being lead by different leaders. Numerous and nearly hundredth of childrens would be recruited for the organization, however they do not know each other’s identity but only their own. At some time the corporation would get temporarily shut down for a year, which gave Kiyotaka’s the chance to escape the facility and attend the Advanced Nurturing High School (ANHC) at the start of the series.
Due to the harsh teachings from their early lives, childrens trained in the facility are unable to have a normal life unlike any others outside the facility. Furthermore, Tsukishiro noted that if the childrens were ever to live outside of the facility, they would not be able to adapt to the outside environment due to their heart conditions being deeply affected by their trainings in the White Room. Most of the childrens in the White Room appeared to have their own weaknesses, meaning that the would not be able to work for the society outside. The 5th and 6th generation were the most successful generation out of all, where most of could survive until the end of the year. During the 4th Generation, many of the students gave up eventually with Kiyotaka as the only one left. Which possibly because of this, it led him to view humans as primarily tools. Kiyotaka stated that the White Room could be the most useful location in the entire world to train a human beings. However he also mentioned that the program would throw away anything that is view as unnecessary.

Kiyotaka Ayanokōji[]
Kiyotaka was the only White Room student that appeared unaffected by the program as well being the most famous student out of the entire history of the organization. To which everyone that has studied within the facility has at least heard of the name Kiyotaka's full name. Kiyotaka was undoubtly considered as the most successful, talented, smartest and strongest student of candidates - no matter the ages nor generations. Due to this he alone had a huge influence to the facility. Compared to other students, no matter how hard they tried to study, they couldn't be able to be recognized by their instructors who tried to motivate them at surpassing or overcome at the same level of Kiyotaka. Many of the students have faced against numerous instructors who are a professional levels. The White Room teaches programs like sciences, very advanced math, martial arts, liberal arts, self defences techniques and even liberal arts at a extreme levels of difficulty. Furthermore Kiyotaka was viewed as the "God" by majority of the students of future generations after the 4th Generation. The students that worships Ayanokoji tried their hardest in order to achieve at the same as Ayanokōji but however would still give up on their goals due how incredibly impossible and difficult and would be kicked out of the facility. Along with their worshipping traits on Ayanokōji they also developed jealousy and dislikes Ayanokōji as a rival and competitors. Those students also weren't also dislikes the fact that he was viewed as the "Masterpiece" with them being the a nobody as they also desire to disprove Ayanokōji.

Objective[]
Specifically the goal of the mysterious organization is to have childrens to be teached with the education as advanced as from a very early age or even immediately from birth. Furthermore the institution is mainly removing anything that is unnecessary from the education taught in any ordinary schools for easier learning. However in all of the history of the organization, no students have been able to reach the same level as Kiyotaka Ayanokoji. The White Room is a place program where students would train for their talents and surpass the limits of human beings which are decided by what the circumstances is when one is raised.
It’s stated that if the organization’s objective would ever succeed its goal than the country would result in a fast increase of power that the rest of the world has never seen before.

- According to a conversation between Kiyotaka and Tsukishiro, the White Room has 19th Generation of studets in total.
- 4th Generation was nicknamed as the "Demonic 4th Generation", due to the harsh and cruel trainings more than any generation the organization has done.
- According to Ayanokoji's butler, Matsuo stated that the only place where the students that succeededs in escaping from the White Room would be safe if they attend at the Advanced Nurturing High School. Due them having better academic abilities the regular students from somewhere else as they are easily able to obtains A or higher grades if they wanted to.
- Kiyotaka believed that the White Room is too harsh for a human-right perspective
