Wild Card Willy is the minor antagonist of The Loud House.
Being portrayed by Wilbur T.Huggins, he is voiced by Stephen Tobolowsky, who also portrayed Happy Chapman in Garfield: The Movie.

Wild Card Willy traps Ace Savvy and One-Eyed Jack by threatening to feed them both into a shark tank. When the Full Deck comes to rescue, he orders his henchmen to attack the Full Deck while the Eleven of Hearts save Ace Savvy and One-Eyed. He makes the exit, but get defeated by the Full House Gang.
He is about to get arrested by Ace Savvy and One-Eyed Jack while admits that the only card game he knew was Solitaire. He reformed and teams up with Ace Savvy and One-Eyed Jack to defeat another enemy named the Old Maid.
After Ace Savvy and One-Eyed Jack tossed a deck of cards onto the floor, a van full of superheroines arrive to save Ace Savvy and One-Eyed Jack, quickly take down Wild Card Willy and his goons.
