William P. Phineas is the overarching antagonist of the South Park episode "The Return of Chef." He is an explorer whom assembled the Super Adventure Club, an organization that molests children in order to retrieve their marlocks and achieve immortality.
Background[]
William P Phineas was a proud and cavalier explorer whom travelled the world and climbed the highest mountains to embrace his love of nature. His only nuisance was other explorers beat him first to his destination, causing him to feel melancholy about life. But it also gave him the idea of having sex with the native children in the area whom inhabited them. William became written in the history books as the first man to ever commit such seedy crimes. He continued molesting children around the world, and not only did he gain notoriety for this atrocity, but also supposedly gained an energy called marlocks which made his body immortal.
Phineas was fortunately though, hit by a train in 1892. William P. Connelly became astonished by his actions and was determined to follow his legacy and so started the Super Adventure Club, the organization that victimized one of South Park's local citizens, Chef.
