Villain Overview

Well, well, well... look at these familiar faces!
~ Willow to the Player and Pony.
I just… didn’t like seeing another animal suffering alone… you know?
~ Willow explaining to Tigry why she helped him out.

Willow is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Mr. P) of the Piggy franchise.

More than a decade ago, Willow was a child living with her parents and younger brother William in an alleyway. One day, her parents got arrested, and she and her brother were left to be taken care of by Daisy, until the latter got drafted into war. Willow tried to cheer William up with a pie but found out he ran away in search for Daisy. This left Willow isolated for many years and turning her into the criminal she is today. She was arrested by the Player and Doggy, along with her partner Rash, leaving her a hatred for the duo.

Willow ended up escaping from her cell after an infection had spread across Lucella and reformed a few survivors and started a group called The Silver Paw. After an encounter with The Player again, Willow kidnaps Zizzy and leaves them and Pony, a former member, to rot. The two saved Zizzy but caused destruction in the Refinery. As revenge Willow took the Safe Place members to the Factory and locked them up.

Afterwards, the group had a truce after Willow found out about Zizzy's sisters. She offered the group to look for a cure to save her and started their adventure to find it. Despite befriending the group, Willow still had her criminal personality but still helped them if they still had arguments. After finding the cure, Willow apologized to Tigry, a former member of her group, for abusing him and the two set off on their own adventure.

Appearance[]

Adult[]

When she is an adult, Willow is a grey wolf with long pointy ears. She also has a few scruffy parts of fur on her head and side. She also has a white face with red cheeks and a black nose. She wears a purple shirt with a black jacket over it. She also wears dark blue pants. She also wears a black scarf which used to belong to her brother, William.

Child[]

As a child, Willow looked very similar to her adult self, except she had larger pupils and no scarf.

Heist[]

Willow is a gray wolf with white face, pentagon-shaped ears with white inside, black nose, red cheeks, visible eyelashes and fur on sides and top of her head. She wears a black jacket, mulberry purple shirt, blackish-blue leggings and a black scarf, which used to belong to her brother, William. Also, her weapon is a revolver

The 100% Official Piggy Survivor Manual Description[]

"Willow has a huge role in Book 2, and along the way, it's revealed she was behind some of the events of Book 1. Before the Infection, she and her brother, William, were placed in foster care after their parents were arrested. However, their foster mother, Daisy, was called up to military service, leaving Willow and William to fend for themselves. They has to steal food to survive.

Willow has since formed the survivors' group The Silver Paw and wants revenge on Doggy and the player for arresting her back then. She's one of two possible viewpoint characters in the Heist chapter."

Personality[]

You of all people should know this. She's not the type to change. She's putting up a show for her own selfish reasons.
~ Tigry trying to warn the Player about Willow's true plan and also foreshadowing the Willow Endings.

As a child, Willow was a sweet kind and very caring person towards others. This was such for her brother, William as she cared about him the most and even went to steal a pie to try and cheer him up. This, moreover, shows that Willow is determined to help others even if it's risking putting danger to herself. Willow can sometimes mock people as she mocked Pony to check their pockets to see how much money they have only to say their broke.

As an adult, Willow was soon turned to act as a sarcastic, rude and ungrateful person. She followed in her parent's blood by becoming a criminal just like them. However, this was only to stay alive as she had lived in a poor life. She can be shown to be smart as she managed to steal a pie from Poley. Alongside this, Willow had also planned an escape route when she was about to get caught by Doggy and the Player by setting up caution tape, spilt water and a secure door. Also, according to the Player's journal, Willow had taken Zizzy since she knew the Player and Pony would rescue her. And once they would head back, she would follow them, leading to their Safe Place. On some occasions, however, Willow can be shown to not be smart as she tried to play the victim by pretending to steal food for her family, despite the fact that she was the only one in the room. When being told this, Willow made an excuse that it was because the cops took her parents away.

I just… didn’t like seeing another animal suffering alone… you know? Whatever. Sounds corny, forget it.
~ Willow explaining to Tigry why she helped him.

When she had met Tigry, Willow had taken pity over him as he reminded her of William. However, as time went on, Willow began to become more abusive to Tigry, this could most likely be due to her corruption of power as being the leader of The Silver Paw which most likely got into her head. She can also be very hypocritical as she was annoyed that after feeding, sheltering and keeping Tigry safe, he was being rude to her not knowing the full picture behind his health.

However, deep down inside of her, Willow is caring and empathetic also she tries to take care of other animals that had suffered just like her. This is where she started to make The SIlver Paw and claimed its group and settlements were the home for many people. She had also held a huge grudge againts Pony and Tigry as she felt betrayed by the two. When she had teamed up with The Safe Place was when Willow began to redeem herself and tried to start a new beginning for herself. However, in the Willow Survivor Ending, Willow stole the cure from the group despite promising to help cure Zizzy. However, in the Willow Savior Ending, Willow feels guilty for trying to take the cure for herself and gives it to Pony.

In the Willow Endings, Willow feels bad for how she treated Tigry and goes to his old campfire to write "I'm sorry" showing that, despite all of the grief and anger she took towards him, she still cares for him deeply. In the Hidden Ending, Willow finally apologizes to Tigry for all of her harm to him and decides to make it up to him by offering for him to be the leader but he declines the offer, as he just wants a say in what happens. When she was the leader of The Silver Paw, Willow tried to see if the members were worthy by forcing them to do dangerous things and wouldn't care if they wouldn't want to do it. This such goes to Pony, where she forced him to give the Player and Doggy a falsie vaccine of the supposed cure without his own consent.

The second half of Book 2 is meant to show Willow she has to help others when needed. Willow revealed that she had only hurt Tigry as she had wanted to try and get revenge on others without thinking straight and hurting others close to her which caused her to get on bad terms on Pony and Tigry. She even told herself that if she wants to feel how she did before, she'd have to let go of the past and make a better future for herself. Willow was even nice enough to let Tigry lead as a way for the two of them to start over.

Quotes[]

Alleys

I was only trying to feed my family, please!
Stand down, Rash. It's not worth it.

Store

Well, well, well... Look at these familiar faces!
Pony, the ex-member. It's a shame you left us. You were a very good friend. It's too bad you are nothing to me now. Username, the officer who took me away from my family. Must've felt good to rip me away from the ones I cared about, right? And who might you be? You are certainly someone I've never seen before.
~ Willow after meeting the Player and Pony again.
Is that so? I suppose Pony told you a lot about us, didn't he, sweetheart? That was one of his many flaws, heh. He could never keep his mouth shut. Hmm, what to do, what to do...? Ooh, I know! Take the zebra with us. Leave the two to rot.
~ Willow planning on taking Zizzy.
Woah, Woah, Woah! Hold your horses! I don't want to hurt anyone. I'm just taking her for questioning, that's all.
See? She understands! Now, let's get out of here.

The Safe Place

Rise and shine! Looks like we managed to get you out of bed! I've been told that some of you caused quite a stir at one of our outposts.
~ Willow after The Safe Place members exit out of the building.
And you really think you didn't do the same? How cute. The refinery was the home of many people, Pony. You, the sleazy cop and that zebra have all caused many relocations. We can't afford to feed them all in one place.
Listen, kid. As much as I'd like to defend your friends' actions, they've done some horrible things to my people. Take them with us. We'll keep them all in one place where we can control what they do.
And we'll make sure it stays that way.
You'll all be staying in there until you either cooperate or wear out. I'll be looking forward to talking to you soon!

Sewers

Useless tiger, looks like I'm going to have to deal with them myself. This one's for you, William.
~ Willow before she shoots Giraffy.
With pleasure. Let's dance, darling.

Factory

Sounds like something is coming up from there. Doesn't sound too friendly to me. On top of that, I've got a weapon. Not too fair, Not very fun. I'll give you a head start. Your time starts now.
~ Willow taunting the Player and Pony.
Goodbye, username.
~ Willow before shoot the Player (worst ending only).
And yet they destroyed mine.
Wait... who are you?!
She had... sisters...?
I had no idea... I'm... sorry...
I can save her.
The military moved up north to work on a cure. I've heard this through radio broadcasts.
I hid it from you because I vowed to find my brother William first.. if he was infected, I'd cure him. If he wasn't, we'd find safety. I realize now that, no matter what, he's gone. And now, the zebra needs it... for her sisters. I don't want them to feel the way I did. No one should feel that way.
~ Willow explaining why she didn't explain about the cure to the TSP members.
I'll go with you personally. If I put you in any danger, well, you have my weapon. Do what you have to.

Port

As much as I'd just love to take you across the North Sea, the tactless tiger took my boat!
We don't have time to waste. We need to get across the North Sea, and fast.
Alright, let me go down and get the fuel for you. Then, you'll take us across the sea.
You really think I fear the infected? If they saw what I could do to them, they'd fear me.
It's best if you don't. I may even end up mistaking you for the infected.
Whatever. Just stay clear of my kicks.

Ship

You go ahead, I'll catch up soon. I just need to think for a moment.
So, this is all the fuel that's left? There's barely anything.
If it gets you to shut up, I'm all for it.
No, no, NO!
~ Willow after she and the Player get locked inside the container.
Great. Fantastic. Now I'm trapped here with you.
We've got nothing but barrels to get out of here.
I'd rather get to know a sewer gator than a dirty cop.
So was I, I was protecting my family.
Because you cops took them away already. I haven't seen my parents for over a decade. Now tell me, where are they?
~ Willow revealing to the Player her backstory
You're right, because you're just another cog in a big machine. That's all you'll ever be.
We can't be angels in a world like this, username.
What's the use in that...?

Docks

Yeah, well, I don't think 'luck' is going to stop that tiger. Looks like he's already here.
Yeah? You and that tin can of yours?

Temple

You put up one heck of a show, username. If we find a camera, you gotta do that again.
Speaking of your family, Have you told username what you've done?
They deserve to know the truth, Pony. If you don't tell them, I will do it myself.
So you're the rascals responsible for that? I'll admit, I'm impressed.

Camp

So, detective, any ideas on what went down here?
I-It's nothing. Everything's fine.
~ Willow after noticing Daisy, her former foster mother, infected.
Let's just go get that cure and get out of here.
Tigry.
Using explosives to stop me? Clever, but that was never going to work in the long run.
What did you just say to me?
I fed you, sheltered you and kept you safe. This is my thanks?
Let's settle this then. A wolf against a little cat with a big mouth, what harm could you possibly do?
Looks like you're not as bad as I thought.

Heist

William's been so upset lately, he won't even talk to me. I don't know what to do.
~ Willow's chronologically first line in the series.
There's no way I'm going in there. No way.
No, not there. We're not going there.
William you won't believe the amount of trouble we went through today! It may have been a little time consuming, buuuut... I've got you something to cheer you up! William...?
~ Willow "talking" to William before realising he's gone.

Lab

Thanks for the help, but I probably didn't need it.
I could have totally knocked him out on my own.
Look, I gave you my thanks. I don't know what more you want from me, buddy.
Alright, now you're pushing it.
He'll be fine, I'm sure. I don't think he'll wake up until after we're gone, though.
I unfortunately plan on it. I just need a minute alone, if that's okay.
Take it.
It will be if you don't take it, so take it.
As much as I hate to admit it, I guess you're... necessary.
And it'll stay that way.
We found it, but it was crushed under all the rubble.
Yeah, I just need a moment... I'll catch up.
Tigry, I need to talk to you. I'm... sorry for what I've done. Which is... quite a lot, if I'm being honest. I got so caught up in getting revenge, I wasn't thinking about the things I was saying and doing to those close to me. If I want to feel the way I did back then, I need to let go of the past and make a better future for myself.
~ Willow finally apologising to Tigry.
Well, since I'm sure the military is not gonna let us come with them, what do you say we travel on our own? I'll let you call the shots this time.
Whatever you say, tiger.
Never goodbye. And... Thanks for making my realize that in my pursuit for revenge, I've only been pushing others away from me. But... it was losing others that fueled that revenge in the first place.
No promises, officer. Good luck with saving your friends.
~ Willow's last words to the Player and the rest of the members before leaving with Tigry to go on their own adventure.

Breakout

Woah, you look like you’ve seen a ghost.
It’s over now, Tigry. Can’t let the past get to you.
Real funny. Right now, it seems like I’m doing a better job at keeping myself together than you.
I don’t know. I guess I just felt like helping out.
I just… didn’t like seeing another animal suffering alone… you know? Whatever. Sounds corny, forget it.
~ Willow revealing to Tigry why she helped him back in the Alleys.
Push your luck, and I’ll push you into that bush over there.
~ Willow's last words in the series.

Referring to Willow[]

After all, remember when we made that arrest in the alley, way before this?
~ Doggy reminding the Player when they arrested Willow and Rash before the Infection.
Dear Willow, please take care of William while I am gone. I'll be back soon. -Daisy
Willow will pay.
~ A note written by Pony under his bed after the events of the Refinery incident.
I'm worried about Willow. Her hatred for Pony and the officer have resurfaced tenfold now that she's come face to face with them. She's not like this.
What's she hiding in her office? I suspect that she knows something we don't. I'm going to find a way to get in her office no matter the troubles.
~ One of Tigry's notes trying to find out what is in Willow's office.
If you made it this far congratulations, Willow. But you're not gonna get much further. Please ignore if you're not Willow.
~ Tigry's note warning Willow to not go further on her journey.
One day, I wantsa get outta here. I wantsa travel the world, see pretty things! Bizniss with Willow's goin' good, so maybe soon!
~ A note written by Billy in Heist.

Trivia[]

  • She is one of the two characters that are on Main Menu of Piggy: Book 2, the other being Penny Piggy.
  • Willow got secretly leaked by MiniToon in one of his tweets.
  • She is the second NPC that can be defeated, the first being Mr. P, the third being Tigry, and the fourth being TIO.
  • MiniToon confirmed that Willow is, in fact, a girl.
  • Willow was the first character to have eyelashes so far. MiniToon probably did it so that people would not confuse her with a boy.
    • The only two other characters with eyelashes are Teacher and Tigry's mother.
  • She is also one of the only female characters so far that does not wear a dress.
  • Willow is the second character to use a gun, with Mr. P being the first.
  • Before MiniToon confirmed the name Willow, people called this character Wolfy due to MiniToon saying that a character based on a wolf is coming to Piggy: Book 2 and due to the character naming during that time.
  • Willow appears in the 9/10/2020 icon change of Piggy, along with Penny Piggy's shadow.
  • In the Main Menu, you can see Willow's right arm in her torso.
  • Willow's "Woah, Woah, Woah! Hold your horses! I don't want to hurt anyone." quote in the ending of Store may have been a joke about Zizzy and Pony, since they're both equines, which is the family of all horse-like animals.
  • People thought that in the ending cutscene of Sewers she has an extra scratch on her nose signaling that she was scratched by an infected, but it was actually light reflecting off the Roblox ice material the nose was made of. One of the people who initially popularized this idea was KreekCraft.
  • Just like Mr. P, Willow is able to stun you using her gun in Factory.
    • This makes Willow the second bot able to stun the player with a gun.
    • However, unlike Mr. P, she charges faster, and her ammo strikes faster, but the stun duration is far shorter. Her gun can also hit more than one player if they are close enough to each other. Also, she moves similarly to regular bots while Mr. P goes to the nearest person and then stops.
  • Even though she uses the Roblox Boy Torso and leg models, she has the Aladdin Arm models, the arms used for female and long dress piggy skins.
  • She is one of the only known member of The Silver Paw not seen in Refinery, with the other being Foxy. It is unknown why she was not there, however.
  • Due to her being the leader of The Silver Paw, she is the only member who doesn't wear the uniform.
  • Her theme song, "The Wretched Wolf", is a heavy metal version of "The Untold Story".
  • She is the second helpful NPC to automatically attack without requesting an item needed in Ship and then for the second time in Camp, along with Pony, with the first being Zizzy in Outpost.
  • She is one of two known members of The Silver Paw that are not NPCs in Build Mode, with the other one being Foxy.
    • She only got in the Cutscenes Creator in Build Mode.
  • Willow is the first survivor from Piggy storyline to get a plush variant.
  • She's the second female bot in Book 2, with the others being Dessa, Spidella, Twins and Piggy (Distorted).
    • She's also the fourth secondary and uninfected female bot, with the others being Katie, Kitty, and Pandy.
  • Given how she can do a roundhouse kick, it may suggest that she is an expert at martial arts. This is backed up by the fact that she can beat a military deserter in a fight without help, as seen in all of the lab endings.
  • In all Willow toys in the Piggy store, she doesn't have cheeks, unlike her in-game design.
    • Additionally, one of Willow toys has a red scarf instead of black one.
  • In one of his interviews with Ant_Antixx, MiniToon said that Willow is younger than Doggy, but older than Pony and Zizzy.
  • In Heist, if you play as Willow and click on the door of Daisy's TVs, she'll say either: "No, not there. We're not going there." or "I'm not going into that building. No way." This might suggest that Willow, just like William, still hadn't come to terms with Daisy leaving them at the time.
  • There is a minor disconnection between the ending cutscene of Factory - Chapter 6 and the Piggy: Book 2 credits. In Willow's flashback from the ending cutscene of Factory, she is shown to be shorter than Daisy, while in one of the sequences in the credits she is shown to be around Daisy's height.
  • On 9/30/2022, she was added as a friendly build mode NPC along with Kenneth, Bobby, and Pepper.
  • The friendly Willow NPC in Build Mode can be knocked out by other NPCs, which makes her permanently stuck for the rest of the round.
