Biography[]
Sonic the Comic[]
Windy Wallis worked as a weapons engineer for Dr. Robotnik until Sonic the Hedgehog deposed the tyrant. Windy thus had to settle on working as a weather forecaster. She, however, plotted revenge for losing her previous job. Having created a weather machine, she used it to alter weather and predicted the result with complete accuracy, even as it endangered citizens of Mobius. Eventually, Sonic realized how suspicious the whole situation was, and broke into Wallis' studio. There, she confessed to being the culprit, and revealed her plan to destroy all life on Mobius with a heatwave. She summoned a thunderstorm in an attempt to take out Sonic, but the hedgehog turned it against her by splashing her weather machine, creating a tornado that carried Wallis away.
Windy Wallis eventually returned with a revenge scheme, intending to use her weather machine to rapidly alter weather on Mobius until it cracked. This time, it was up to Tails to stop her. Even though he had injured his tails and couldn't fly, he went up to confront Wallis with the help of a helicopter created by Roger Booge. Wallis shot said helicopter down, but it crashed into her airship, destroying it as she and Tails landed in the snow.
Later, Windy created a fog in the Sun Valley Zone, which Agent X then lured Tails into. Tails destroyed her machine, forcing her to flee.
Sonic the Comic Online![]
Wallis was one of the members of the League of Super-Evil Villains. As part of the first incarnation of the group, led by Grand Chief Whip, she took part in the robbery of the Metropolis City bank. She attempted to open the safe by turning its door into ice, but her device merely froze it without making it fragile. She and her teammates were defeated by Sonic and arrested.
Windy was part of the second iteration of the group, headed by Doctor Genius. She was present when the group hired an assassin to deal with S.P.E.A.R. Later, she and Genius locked themselves in the Metropolis City University, taking a dean hostage. They utilized their creationsto stop Tails and Amy from apprehending them, but were ultimately defeated and arrested. Soon after, Mr. Gold visited them in prison, shocking Wallis, who believed him to have been killed, and forced the two to work for S.P.E.A.R. in exchange for sparing them.
Personality[]
Windy Wallis hates when things don't go her way, to the point where she was ready to destroy the entire planet just because she lost her job. She also isn't a good strategist, as at least two of her defeats were caused by her own mistakes in one way or another. As part of the League of Super-Evil Villains, she doesn't seem to hold much respect for her fellow villains, frequently insulting and mocking them.
