Wingnut is an alien bat from planet Flagenon, alongside with Screwloose, disguising himself as Sergeant Rambo to turn the children into mindless zombies.
History[]
Wingnut and Screwloose disguised themselves as military men in Teen-Hut Military School. Wingnut impersonated as Sergeant Rambo while Screwloose is Colonel Clout.
When Zach arrived at the military school, he discovers that his cadets have been brainwashed into mindless zombies. The incident who is behind this are the two aliens: Wingnut and Screwloose. They attempted to take over planet Earth by using the "Mind Changer", which is a device to turn the children into their slaves. He also has some gadgets such as unleashing the Robot Cockroaches to bolster their invasion plans on New York City.
Screwloose, however, sees one of the turtles, and warns Wingnut that the turtles are coming. He immediately disguised himself as Sergeant Rambo, to forbid the turtles into the military school. After the turtles victoriously defeated the duo, Wingnut and Screwloose left planet Earth.

- Wingnut has a strong resemblence with Batman that is based on the bat species
- Although he is the enemy of the turtles in the tv show, the toyline is mistakenly changed into the turtles side, along with Screwloose
- During his original appearance in the Archie comics and the later adaptions such as the 2012 TV series, he is a member of the Mighty Mutanimals and also the ally of the turtles. This is only version where he serves as a villain.
