Biography[]
Winlock and Barnes are first encountered in the Third Raid Harassing MaCready for taking jobs in the Commanwealth. The pair leaves a minute after the sole survivor arrives.
After Travailing with MaCready he takes the Sole Survivor aside and request there help in killing Winlock and Barnes to send a message to the Gunners The Pair set up in Mass Pike Interchange with there squad of gunners. They are later killed by the Sole Survivor and MaCready,
