el Baron is a tall man with black hair and a long, burnt-looking nose. He wears a crumpled top hat, a black coat with a white tank top underneath, a red scarf, green pants and giant shoes.
His partner Wonder is a blind boy with stereotypical characteristics of a black man, he wears sunglasses and clothes similar to those of a child,however,when he regains his sight,he wears an eye patch and religious clothing,

wonder and el baron are two beggars who were rummaging through the trash can looking for food,when they see pinocchio and take him to the Mr. Stromboi's toy factory.
when handing over the metal boy to the evil businessman,the beggars receive a bag full of money as payment and el baron decides to spend it all on drugs and drinks,meanwhile,wonder being a blind man ends up getting lost from his friend and then falls into a sewer.
the fall makes him regain his sight and wonder,thinking that this was a miracle of god,becomes a religious fanatic who keeps warning everyone that the flood is coming,but no one believes him.
so to prove that he's telling the truth,wonder steals a penguin from a zoo,straps a bomb to its chest and then blows up the town's water dam so that everyone would drown for their devilish sins.
