The Word Processor Armadillo is the main antagonist in episode 40 of 1983 TV series called Kagaku Sentai Dynaman. He's a word processing computer and an armadillo-themed Mechaevolution Beast of the Tailed-People Clan Jashinka Empire.
The Word Processor Armadillo is voiced by Eisuke Yoda.
Biography[]
The Word Processor Armadillo made his first appearance at a ball park with General Zenobia and a Tail Soldier who's holding of what supposed to be a camera as they began to test capability that the mechanical armadillo can do. He did so by pressing the letter "E" on his keyboard and as soon as the umpire said "strike" it caused a shockwave and he did it towards the couple. So with the experiment complete as they went back to HQ as Zenobia told Emperor Aton the plan.
Once the plan was told she then sent Princess Chimera and the Word Processing Armadillo into the city to put up the devices all over town. That is until they were stopped by the arrival of Dyna Black so she sent the Tail Soldiers and the Word Processor Armadillo to attack him he does this by proclaiming that he's the strongest, which Dyna Black questions when he said an "e" word as a shockwave sent him flying then the Word Processor Armadillo typed in the word "bomb" as he fired the bombs at Dyna Black sending flying off the building and as he was about to be eliminated by the Word Processor Armadillo the team showed up and knock the armadillo away from Ryuu however as soon as they said an "e" word they received a shockwave as well and with that both the princess and the Word Processor Armadillo left the scene to plant more devices.
A while later a little deaf girl spotted the Word Processor Armadillo as he was heading towards the factory to make more devices.
He was then spotted in a room where Ryuu rescued a little girl so Princess Chimera sent the Word Processor Armadillo and the tail soldiers to stop them from leaving. Once the little girl was out of harms way Ryuu was about to transform until the princess has revealed that the Word Processor Armadillo has pressed the letter "D" and Dynaman start with that letter so instead (once the rest of the team showed up) he tossed a shuriken at the monitor destroying the computer thus society can talk easily without the fear of blowing up. So with that being said the battle was on as both the Word Processor Armadillo has rolled up into a ball (and as for the Tail Soldiers they become tires) as they plow through the team. They tried to use their Dyna Kick at them, but due to the Word Processor Armadillo and his men being tires that attack literally bounces off, so the team tried to head to the roof of the warehouse, but the monsters bounce up and knock the team off back towards the ground, so in retaliation they pulled out their Dyna Rod and knocked the monsters out of their tire mode followed by a Dyna Kick. After that the Word Processor Armadillo was down for the count by this finisher which is New Super Dynamite.
However General Kar used the Big Bang Beam and enlarges the Word Processor Armadillo prompting the team to bring out Dyna Robo to battle the giant Word Processor Armadillo. It starts things off as the Word Processor Armadillo goes into ball mode and began hitting the mecha, however on the last hit Dyna Robo caught the Word Processor Armadillo and shoves him to the ground, so he once again typed the word bomb and fired out the bombs at the mecha, however in retaliation Dyna Red produced a Fire Dragon (which looks like a mine bomb) and chucks it at the Word Processor Armadillo. After that the Word Processor Armadillo was then destroyed by this finisher which is Lightning Gravity Fall.
