Biography[]
Wu's Fighter is a member of the Empire Bay Triads who was arrested and imprisoned at Hartmann Federal Penitentiary. Due to his fighting skills and physical condition, he was chosen by the Triad's prison boss, Mr. Wu, to participate in illegal fights between other inmates. He is seen practicing tai chi in the prison courtyard when Vito Scaletta searches for Leo Galante.
Later, during one of Leo's gang training sessions, he observes them with Mr. Wu. When Vito Scaletta tries to leave the room, Mr. Wu accosts him, blocking his path, causing him to bump into him and insulting him. When his boss meets with Leo, they agree to a rematch, provided it's a standard boxing match without the use of martial arts, and Wu puts his man to fight.
Wu's Fighter fights with Vito but loses, being defeated by a handicap, and he is knocked out by Vito.
