The Xcution are major antagonists of the Bleach franchise. They were the main antagonists of the Lost Substitue Shinigami arc, but later became supporting characters in the Thousand Year Blood War arc.
They were a group of Fullbringers, spiritually aware humans who have soul-manipulating abilities that reside in all of the physical matter, with their powers being constituted by Hollow Reirkyou. They were founded and led by Kūgo Ginjō and Shūkurō Tsukishima, the former who was also known to be the first Substitue Shinigami. Their main goal was to steal the power of the Shinigamis so they could become powerful enough to battle against the Gotei 13 and invade the Soul Society, with one of their main targets being Ichigo Kurosaki, who possessed latent Shinigami abilities.
Following their defeat, the Xcution would later become allies with Ichigo and the Gotei 13 battling against Yhwach and the Wandenreich, redeeming themselves in the process.

- Kūgo Ginjō: The founder and leader of the Xcution. He was also known to be the first Substitue Shinigami, before he betrayed the Soul Society after his friends were murdered and discovering the truth of the substitute badge.
- Shūkurō Tsukishima: The co-founder and second-in-command of the Xcution, as well as the loyal right-hand man of Ginjō.

- Riruka Dokugamine: A heavily overconfident and arrogant member of the group who underneath her rough demeanor, has genuine care about others. Unlike most of the members, after gaining an understanding of both Ichigo and Rukia, she tried to reject Ginjō's upgrade and took a slash from Tsukishima to protect them. Eventually, she left the group and join the heroes in their fight against them.

- Jackie Tristan: A calm and collected member of the group. Unlike most members of the group, she actually detested her Fullbringer power with or without Tsukishima’s influence. Even though, she got what she wanted of losing her power after her supposed sacrifice to save Renji, she felt worse without it.
