Xenolith is the main antagonist in the video game Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness.
He was voiced by Todd Haberkorn who also voices E.N.D. and Android 19.
Personality[]
Xenolith is completely calm and collected, willing to do terrible things like kidnapping in order to protect the world and more importantly his sister.
When the Artifact of Absolute Death takes over his body, he becomes a raging beast incapable of any thoughts or expressing any emotion.
Biography[]
Past[]
Xenolith was the older brother of Etna, he learned that Etna had immense power that would eventually destroy her body so he used the Artifact of Absolute Death and jammed it into his body so that he could absorb the energy that would destroy her body.
This large amount of energy gathered the attention of powerful Demons who wanted to fight and kill Xenolith for his power, afraid that his sister would be killed, he abandoned her and she was adopted by the Overlord, King Krichevskoy.
Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness[]
Many years after he abandoned Etna, he met with her again and helped her and her allies get the Angels into Celestia before asking Etna to accompany him to their old family home. Once there, he tells Etna that he's her older brother but she refuses to believe him.
Xenolith then appears much later in the game with him revealed to be the one kidnapping Angels in order to absorb their energy to stop the Artifact of Absolute Death from absorbing and destroying the entire Netherworld.
The main characters fight him when he refuses to accept their help since he's worried about Etna's safety. He is soon taken over by the Artifact of Absolute Death and fights the main characters in a beast-like state.
Fate[]
In the canonical ending, the main characters defeat Xenolith and break the Artifact of Absolute Death, sending all of Etna's old powers back into her before the Netherworld drags Xenolith into itself, dying in the process. Xenolith later meets Etna again as a Prinny.
In the bad ending, the main characters defeat Xenolith and break the Artifact of Absolute Death with Etna getting all of her old power back, however, it is too much for her and she dies.
If the player fails to beat Xenolith then goes on a rampage that is only stopped when Sicily sacrifices her life to stop him, killing them both.
