Yeah, We're Totally Going To Hell For This, often shortened to Y.W.T.G.T.H.F.T., are minor and recurring antagonists in the SCP Foundation mythos. They are a mysterious group of unknown origin capable of creating anomalies, all of which share the common themes of being morally reprehensible and very self-aware. Sometimes they collaborate with other organizations or anomalous entities, like Sugarcomb Confectionery and SCP-2030-1.
Their name is more rarely stated to mean You Will Totally Go To Hell For This, although both names derive from the group's bizarre, sadistic, and self-aware style of humor.
The origins of Y.W.T.G.T.H.F.T. are completely unknown, but according to SCP-2030, they have been active since at least 1993. Eventually, the SCP Foundation came into contact with some of their creations and contained them. This prompted Y.W.T.G.T.H.F.T. to develop SCP-5377, designed to specifically target Foundation personnel.
Like their origin, Y.W.T.G.T.H.F.T.'s goals are also unknown. However, judging based on their name and inventions, they appear to simply enjoy sadistic and surreal humor and have no problems hurting innocents to entertain themselves.
Creations[]
SCP-1459[]
A claw machine-like arcade game created in collaboration with Sugarcomb Confectionery. Once a quarter is inserted, it dispenses a juvenile domestic dog of varying species from the ceiling into the machine's chamber. The player may then say something into SCP-1459's microphone, and the dog will then be killed by that method, so long as it is one that hasn't been used before. Afterward, the machine disposes of the remains and dispenses a cookie for the player to eat, usually of their least favorite flavor.
SCP-2030[]
SCP-2030 is an anomalous television series generally titled Laugh is Fun, though other names are known to exist, all containing the word "Laugh." The show is formatted as a hidden camera comedy and follows people going through strange, disturbing, and anomalous situations. The show is hosted by SCP-2030-1, who has self-identified as "Laughy McLaugherson." Once he appears, the show's contestants unanimously calm down from whatever panic they were previously going through, even if they have sustained major bodily harm. The show then comes to a close, with the camera panning to a "live studio audience" composed of other people who appeared in each specific episode.
Everyone who has appeared on the show is documented as someone who was officially marked as either missing or deceased, implying that either SCP-2030-1 or Y.W.T.G.T.H.F.T. kidnap or murder them.
SCP-3943[]
An unidentified man (SCP-3943-1) and his taco cart (SCP-3943-2) are displaced into the side of a building (SCP-3943-3) in Oklahoma City, USA. Despite his immobility, SCP-3943-1 displays no pain or discomfort and is fearful of being removed from the building. SCP-3943-2 is labeled Real Talk Tacos, and is constantly stocked with whatever ingredients are necessary to create either tacos or tostadas upon their request. SCP-3943-1 and -2 were discovered by the SCP Foundation with a list of rules attached to them, and following them will either force SCP-3943-1 and -2 further into the wall by 1mm or force SCP-3943 further out of the wall by 1mm.
SCP-4703[]
An independently owned store in Midland, Texas named Yeah, We're Totally Going To Sell You This. The store is a bureaucratohazard, and is able to remain open by anomalously manipulating the legal system. While manipulating the normal legal system, the store also has its own, with the penalty for breaking the store's laws being the sudden manifestation of dangerous animals. The interior of the store is filled with hazardous, and often deadly, traps and means of operations, including but not limited to: shelves that move around and occasionally slam together, trapdoors within several sections of floor tiling, a pack of malnourished lions wandering one section of the store, and the extraction of customer lipids upon them leaving.
Many of the store's employees live in its basement, sleeping on hammocks. Some are recruited by answering Y.W.T.G.T.H.F.T. advertisements, others by being legally forced to stay for not leaving the store 15 minutes after it has closed. The store's manager is a mummified corpse named Venatio Haruspice, who doesn't seem mobile or conscious, but is apparently able to hear things and report to the store's owner. Mr. Haruspice is "hollow," and emanates noise from within his body in a similar manner to a seashell.
SCP-5377[]
SCP-5377 are paper coupons sent exclusively to employees of the SCP Foundation through the United States Postal Service, enclosed in blank envelopes with the exception of the address, written in Comics Sans. The coupons advertise individualized services, often of the insulting variety. After someone makes physical contact with SCP-5377, a demonic entity will appear via a portal, and will attempt to complete the task listed on the coupon through any means necessary. The health, safety, and continued life of the coupon's user are not taken into account. In addition, the summoned entities use loose interpretations of their assigned tasks and attempt to being as much grief, suffering, and general inconvenience to the user's life as possible, if they aren't killed.
SCP-7403[]
A semi-bureaucratic parasite spread SCP-4703's influence worldwide by YWTGTSYT to convert buildings into full-fledged fast food restaurants. By 12/30/2096, all buildings affected by SCP-7403 have begun to engage in slightly unethical practices similar to SCP-4703.
