Yanasudare is a minor antagonist of the Super Sentai series Samurai Sentai Shinkenger. He's an Ayakashi who can destroy anything when saying "Useless". He serves as the main antagonist of Act 5: The Kabuto Origami.
He's voiced by Hiroshi Tsuchida who also played Blitz Hells in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger, Hades Beastman Kirikage the Ninja in Mahou Sentai Magiranger, Makirika in Juken Sentai Gekiranger, Debo Karyudosu in Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger and Tecchu in Uchu Sentai Kyuranger.
Biography[]
Yanasudare was first seen at an amusement park, opening fire from his blaster towards the citizens, saying that Everything is Useless and as he's finishing the citizens off near the debris, Chiaki, Ryunosuke, Mako and Kotoha appeared and as they're evacuating the citizens to safety, Yanasudare believes that they're also useless, and as Chiaki was going to attack Yanasudare, he immuned the attack and hits back at him and so does Kotoha, Mako and Ryunosuke and fires back at them and as the Shinkengers asked of what was in his body, Yanasudare replies that the useless Shinkengers should dissappear, knocking them out and as he wondered of they're still alive, Takeru appeared and tries to fight him but its also immune to his physical attacks. After numerous attempts, Yanasudare puts his blaster right infront of Takeru's face but he dodged it. The Shinkengers used their Shinkenmaru at Yanasudare and it succesfully hitted him, sparking his body and fires at them but was protected by Takeru's Two-Mode Transforming Rekka Daizantou. As Takeru was trying to finish Yanasudare off, his body starts to crack and retreats to the Sanzu River.
Moments later as he was rehydrating by Shitari of the Bones, he continued his task given by Doukoku Chimatsuri to eliminate the Shinkengers and he's counting on him.
The next day, he returned to destroy the city, leaving hundreds of debris and as he was able to continue, he was stopped by Mako's wind power and her, Kotoha, Chiaki and Ryunosuke arrived to finish him off, and he was firing back but was reflected when the Shinkengers morphed with their ShodoPhones. Throughout the fight, he hitted Ryunosuke and as he was trying to get up, Yanasudare put his blaster right in front of his face and as he was going to shoot him in the face, it was stopped by Takeru's Lion Origami and disarms his blaster and Yanasudare questioned of where Takeru ran away and he came of where he's gonna be killed. After Takeru morphed into ShinkenRed and turning his sword into Rekka Daizantou, Yanasudare questioned of where Takeru is gonna attack and after he used a shot towards him, Takeru used the Kabuto disk on his Rekka Daizantou and swung fiery waves at him and the other Shinkengers came to help Takeru defeating Yanasudare with their origami disks on his Rekka Daizantou and as Yanasudare was opening fire, the Rekka Daizantou's blast reflected its bullets towards him, successfully hitting him.
After being blasted by the Rekka Daizantou, Yanasudare grew into a giant size and after the Shinkengers used their Origami Daihenge into their origamis and combining into ShinkenOh, they tried swing their Katana at him but was still the same thing where he's immune to any physical attacks even on his second life and opens fire with his blaster towards the ShinkenOh, kneeling it down. After Takeru summoned the Kabuto Origami, Yanasudare shoots towards the origami but survives it, grabs his foot, trips him and summons some Nanashi Company soldiers to aid him. When the Kabuto origami pairs up with ShinkenOh, Yanasudare commanded his Nanashi soldiers to fire at the ShinkenOh but was defeated when their arrows we're reflected back and was hit with their katana and the Kabuto Hou. After Yanasudare witnessed his Nanashi soldiers being defeated, he was finished off with ShinkenOh's Kabuto Hou, remaining defeated.
