Yeon Cheon-Hwa (연천화) known by his infamous alias, Ghost Blade is a major antagonist of the dark fantasy martial arts light novel and manwha series, The Legend of the Northern Blade.
He was once part of the four legendary Northern Great Heavens of the Northern Heavenly Sect, a collective of powerful martial artist sect at that time. He once colluded with the Nine Skies of the Central Heavenly Alliance to dissolve the Northern Heavenly Sect for greater power leading his betrayal to the former sect. Along with his section of defectors created a group of elite swords called the Protectors of the Western Heavens, establishing themselves in the Western Murim World to gain fame.
Appearance[]
He was a middle age man with short stature who can be easily identified through his pigment of his skin than his red tinted hue having a grown hair past his shoulders tying up with ornamental hairpin with well defined willows peak along with his trimmed beard on his face. His natural distinct features are highlighted unnaturally of his pupils where his sclera is overshadowed and gives an intimidating prescence when he has scars across his body.
His clothing currently consist of white and red tunic seams, a red cape tied around the back with a pair of red pants and shoes and also has a brass gauntlet with sash and neck guard when reinforces his defense in combat. He once wear the traditional outfit of the Northern heavenly Sect at that time before his betrayal and garb his cloak when fighting against the Silent Night. He Carries two handed swords made of crimson black steel that brings him whenever he needs to cut his enemies at a moments notice.
Personality[]
He displays a volatile of ambition, greed and is insecure who wishes to become stronger and powerful leading to be cunning. As someone who is driving for power and recognition showing inferiority complex as his actions stem from being envious and resentful of his obsession of power.
Background[]
Cheon-Hwa has written a forge document of Jin Kwan Ho, of colluding the silent night betraying the Northern Heavenly Sect, destroying documents and killing almost everyone. in the secret hall and the leader itself. His jealously of Jin-Kwan-Ho, 4th leader of the Northern Sect, was due to having a son while he himself is incapable of producing children in which he grew dissatisified as one of the great pillars of the sect. This led him to become stronger than anyone else in the entire world.
