The Yeti is the tritagonist of the German animated movie Lissi and the Wild Emperor.
He was voiced by Waldemar Kobus.
Plot[]
The Yeti hits a bird who had just landed on its nest to steal and eat its egg. Then he picks a spine from a porcupine to use it as a toothpick and plays bullseye with it, which he did previously with other two porcupines. When he farts, the ice below him cracks. He's grabbing on a ledge, whick breaks, then he tries to hold on to the ice with a pickaxe, after which the Devil appears, willing to take him to hell for abusing other animals, including rubbing frogs on himself and using a beaver as a football. The Yeti doesn't want to go to hell, so he makes a deal with the Devil, he'll bring the most beautiful girl in the world.
The Yeti takes Lissi with him as she's doing a romantic dance for Franz. Lissi yells at the Yeti to let her go, and the Yeti puts her back on the floor, saying he hasn't slept for days, can't feel his legs, he fought police from half Europe, his feet hurt, he's starving and is in a very bad mood. Lissi sprays his mouth with breath refresher, then he eats the jar. Lissi begs him to let her go back home, he refuses. She tells him she's going to die of cold outside. He searches in his pocket and finds a dress which he gives to her.
After some time walking, Lissi asks the Yeti for a break, the Yeti tells her there's no time and he has an appointment. Lissi tells him to go to hell. She asks him if he knows who she is. The Yeti says "tasty and wild", referring to a boar he wants to catch. Lissi thinks he said it to her and thinks about how Franz never said such things. While the Yeti is busy, Lissi runs away, and the frozen lake below her breaks, making her fall inside. The Yeti finds an SOS box with an inflatable pad. When he sees her sink, he slides to the hole, and grabs the ice skater Franz tried to shoot before, but leaves him inside the water again. He looks for her further in the water. The Yeti finds her and asks her to stop hiding. He punches the ice and it breaks, making him fall to the water too.
The Yeti emerges from the water with Lissi on his arms. After this, he forgets about the Devil and starts a good friendship with Lissi.
