Owney "Yiddles" Milligan is one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside Donatello Fadda) of the fourth season of Fargo, he's the ruthless and perverted boss of the Milligan Concern, that whiped out the Moskowitz syndicate.
He was portrayed by Ira Amyx.
Biography[]
In Kansas City, when the Irish mafia known as the Milligan Concern began to gain power in the early 1920s, the Moskowitz Syndicate, the most powerful mafia at the time, made a deal with the irish, which included trading their youngest sons, however, the irish patriarch, Owney "Yiddles" Milligan, quickly betrayed the Moskowitz syndicate and killed all of them, his youngest son, Patrick Milligan was retrieved from the Moskowitz and forced to kill their youngest son by Yiddles himself.
Years later, the Fadda Crime Family appeared and made the same deal with the Irish, and Patrick Milligan was traded again, this time for Josto Fadda, Donatello's Fadda son, but this time Yiddles was betrayed by his own son, and Donatellos Fadda forced him to kill his father, ending "Yiddles" Milligan's crime empire forever.
