Yokai Mataneko is a stopwatch/cat-themed Yokai that appears in Shuriken Sentai Ninninger. His introductory credit called him "Tailed Fox Cat Mataneko".
He is voiced by Tomokazu Seki.
Yokai Mataneko is the little brother of Yokai Nekomata. Unlike Yokai Nekomata, Yokai Mataneko lacked his ability to travel through time.
He attempted to get revenge against the Ninningers but was ultimately foiled so he enlarged himself by his mallet but then he was destroyed by the huge fiery ninja.
