Developing a remote control capable of corrupting the minds of young men, the Boss recruits a large group (including Hayato Kono; the brother of one of Karen's friends) by promising to train them into expert karate fighters. Afterwards though, he manipulates them and gives them drugs that makes them better fighters but also allows him to control their bodies; allowing him to form the Commando Squad. Sent to sow chaos in Tokyo with violent crimes and overseen by Devil 'Mite, their first crime is the murderous ambush of an armoured van which the Yokohama Boss is first seen reporting to Boss Iron Claw. When Devil 'Mite storms into the meeting and reveals they have not tested if they can make the Commando Gang fight, the angered Boss orders him to test it anyway. By testing the dirt on Hayato's shoes though, J.A.K.Q locates the secret training base on Ōkunoshima and attempts to shoot it down fail so Devil 'Mite and the Crimers take the Commando Squad hostage. The scheme is later thwarted by Karen, Hayato's sister Natsuko and the Sky Ace and Devil 'Mite destroyed but the Yokohama Boss remains at large due to directing operations from Crime Fortress Island and orders the destruction of the Base on Rabbit Island.
Later, the Yokohama Boss meets with silver hooded terrorists as part of a plan to sell a devastating satellite dish laser cannon in a sale protected by Devil Gun. Having designed it himself to use multiple lenses and utilise the power of the Sun, and pitching it as the way to execute the perfect crime, the Yokohama Boss has Devil Gun shoot down Japan Airways 701 as a demonstration. However, due to Bunta finding a doll belonging to a girl lost on the flight, J.A.K.Q realise the plane was shot down by lasers and search around Mt. Fuji near where the plane was destroyed. Although they decide to shoot down Sky Ace, Iron Claw appears on the viewing screen and instead orders the Crime Boss not to shoot down the aircraft as losing may jeporadise the sale. Instead, the Yokohama Boss sends Devil Gun and some Crimers in an APC to create a diversion and prepares to shoot down Sky Ace when machine gun fire forces it into defensive maneuvers. Although they land a direct hit, it does little damage and gives away their position to Goro who hits the CRIME Base with the Rocket Missile; destroying the building and killing the Yokohama Boss when it collapses on top of him.
Legacy[]
After the failure of the Yokohama Crime Boss, Iron Claw became much less tolerant of failure and killed any Crime Bosses who failed him only once if he got the chance. Over time, the Crime Bosses became less and less competent until being phased out all together.

~ The Yokohama Boss' attitude towards disrespect. |
Compared to the Tokyo Boss who came before him, the Yokohama Boss was a much more confident and energetic Crime Boss who spoke in an upbeat tone. Although he remained respectful to Iron Claw, he did not take kindly to interruptions and criticisms as shown when Devil 'Mite introduced his presentation to the CRIME Leader. As later demonstrated, the Yokohama Boss was an extremely cruel and callous man who killed 160 people by destroying a plane whilst also taking out life insurance policies on 30 passengers to fund CRIME's activities. However, he was overconfident and arrogant which led to his death when firing on Sky Ace just to impress Iron Claw instead gave away his position.
