Yoshikage Kira, later known as Chien Kunimido, is one of the secondary antagonists of Jorge Joestar.
He is a dangerous serial killer from the 37th universe, who got into the dreams of 15 people to make them commit 15 locked rooms murders, as a threat to the detective Jorge Joestar.
Biography[]
Yoshikage Kira, born on 1973 rather than 1966 like the original version, not much is known about his past life, besides that he worked as a salaryman in an appliance company, getting to even become the chief clerk after a time working. But secretly, Kira was a serial killer who had a fetish for women hands.
One day, thanks to Shigechi's dog bringing one of the severed women's hands from Kira, he ends up being tracked down by Koji and Rohan, but believing that he could kill both of them, Kira ends up explaining his stand ability before nearly killing them, only being stopped by the Nijimura brothers. As Kira escaped from them, he attacked Aya Tsuji, making her use her stand Face-Off, so he could change appareance with Chien Kunimido, after that, he killed both of them and disappeared from the public, not before killing Shigechi as a warning.
Later on, getting to know from the existence of Jorge Joestar, Kira, who at some point got the ability of Bites the Dust, got into the dreams of 15 people, manipulating and torturing them psychologically for them to a commit lock room murder, while also telling them that if Jorge ever goes to Morioh, he will kill him, all of this as a warning to Jorge.
At some point, Kira uses Bites the Dust against Rohan, until the pression for the quantity of detectives getting to Morioh, got him to deactivate his ability. While multiple events were ocurring on Morioh, Kira used bites the dust on Kosaku Kawajiri, getting close to him thanks to the profession of the person he suplanted, using him to commit more murders by any person who would even say his name to Kosaku. Later on, thanks to the pression of being discovered, Kira killed Kosaku's family, including his children Hayato. In that house, he also had stored multiples corpse parts of his victims as trophies, all of this probably as a way to make everyone believe that Kosaku was Kira.
Kira is discovered by the mafia after Jorge gets to know that Chien Kunimido was his new identity, at that moment, Kira was torturing the other Jorge Joestar to death, after mistaking him with the one from his universe, after being discovered by the mafia, he killed multiple of Buciariatti's men, before finally being caught and sent inside the dome of England. In that moment, Kira tries to kill Kars and the rest of people there by using Killer Queen, only to fail, as Kars ends up convincing his stand to help them and betray Kira, using Bites the Dust on him multiple times to travel back in time. At the end, Kars uses Bites the Dust to bring everyone there to their respective times and universes, the fate of Kira Yoshikage is unknown.
