Yoshikazu is the main antagonist of the slasher manga series Freak Island/Kichikujima first half and The Main antagonist in its prequel Offal Island/Zomotsujima. He is the patriarch and head of The Family. He was the one who discovered the stones and black magic as well as Zanta Maria and created the cult that allowed him to rule the island alongside his kin.He would soon return as the main antagonist of part 2 of Kichikujima. He is the archenemy and former friend of Hanakuro.
In the anime short, he will be voiced by Tomokazu Sugita.
Biography[]
Yoshikazu was born on the island and is one of the few members who believe in Santa Maria, a deity worshipped by the inhabitants of the island. He was a zealot who would meet Mariko Glaccias as is one of the predictions from he heard off from Zanta Maria. He also has a rivalry with Hanakuro, who believed he was using dark magic. He and Mariko would later get married and later have five children, being Mari, Kaoru, Anna, Kanna, and Satoru. At some point after getting attacked by a mob, Xanta Maria appeared and saved him and his son Kaoru and his daughter Mari. With the stones and the knowledge that Zanta Maria was real, Yoshikazu took over the island and would later meet Alice and her crew antagonizing her with his children. After Mariko returned, they would revive Otoki, a large woman who is Yoshikazu's mother. After the events of Offal Island, years later into the events of Freak Island, he had the yakuza dump many people for their sacrifices for Zanta Maria with a now older Kaoru and Mari with three more children, being Anna, Kanna, and Satoru. Yoshikazu would later come into contact with the university students with his family. After some complications Yoshikazu and his family would go after the aprokfria and later after Higashiyama who became the beast.

- Yoshikazu made a cameo in Pumpkin Night alongside his children Kaoru and Mari.
- Yoshikazu's metal dome is simliar to the one that Chop Top from Texas Chainsaw Massacre has.
- Yoshikazu is the second member of the family introduced and is the primary antagonist of both the main series and it's prequel series due to him using Hitomi to bring the island to warp into what it is now and with help from radition from the Vatican.
