Youth Topia are the main antagonists of the Regular Show episode "I See Turtles". It is a private spa that poaches sea turtles and abuses them for anti-aging purposes.
History[]
Mordecai, Rigby, Eileen and CJ arrive at Youth Topia on their way to the nearby beach to watch baby sea turtles hatch. Stan, the man behind the counter at the entrance, asks for their membership cards. He and another security guard yell at them for not having membership cards, calling them "non-members" and finding pleasure in seeing them angry, which forces them to leave. As Mordecai and CJ walk on the beach, they discover the spa and that they have been abusing the turtles due to chemicals found in them that can make a person appear younger. Mordecai and CJ get caught, and Stan reveals that two police officers, Hank and Glenn, are affiliated with Youth Topia. Stan, the other security guy and the officers throw Mordecai and CJ into a police cruiser and go looking for more turtles. They catch Eileen and Rigby as they are watching turtles hatch and bait the turtles into a box with lettuce. Although they overpower Rigby and Eileen, Margaret and the Chopper 6 crew soon arrive, exposing Youth Topia. After the turtles are freed, they revolt against Youth Topia, eating the staff and members and burning down the spa. The turtles rescue Mordecai and CJ and commandeer the police car. They grab the two main Youth Topia employees and the crooked cops, and drive off a cliff and into the water. The car explodes, killing the four of them.
