Yuga
Yuga is a major antagonist in The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. He is Lorule's equivalent to Ganondorf and works for Princess Hilda until the end of the game, where he fuses with Ganon and as such is corrupted completely by Ganon's malice.

YuGanon
Yuga sets into motion the conflict between Hyrule and Lorule. At one point he is confonted by Link but avoid his strikes by turning into a wall mural. It is revaealed late in the game that he is actually working for Princess Hilda and he also merges with Ganon after ressurecting him through the sages power, becoming YuGanon.
In the final battle However, after Princess Hilda demands him to hand over the triforce of Power, YuGanon reveals his true plan to atain the Triforce himself to remake Lorule in his image. he then proceeds to turn Hilda into a painting and steals the Triforce of Wisdom (which she got earlier) from her by absorbing her painting. now having two pieces of the Triforce (and a new look), he sets his sights on link, having the last piece to claim his "place among the gods". Though YuGanon is defeated and destroyed by Link.

Powers and Abilities
Yuga is a powerful sorcerer, he wields a paintbrush like staff with rainbow coloured paint, the staff has the power to turn people into two-dimensional paintings. After merging with Ganon into YuGanon, their power increases dramatically giving them both Ganon's incredible power and Yuga's signature abilities.
