Yuina Tachibana is a swordsman who wields the Amazing Siren Wonder Ride Book to transform into Kamen Rider Falchion and one of the two secondary antagonists of Kamen Rider Saber: Trio of Deep Sin.
She is portrayed by Rin Asuka, who previously played Wakana Sonozaki in Kamen Rider W.

Yuina Tachibana lost her fiancee in a battle between the Sword of Logos and the Megid, causing her to swear vengeance on them and in particular Espada, whom she had personally witnessed at the scene of the battle.
Plot to Erase the Swordsmen[]
After receiving the Amazing Siren Wonder Ride Book from Mamiya, Yuina began using its power to become Kamen Rider Falchion and erase the swordsmen from the memories of all those who knew about them. She got Kento to fall in love with her in an attempt to get close to him, and the two eventually became engaged after Kento proposed to her.
After erasing Kento from the memories of everyone else who knew about him, Yuina became Falchion and made her move to eliminate him. However, Yuina hesitated in delivering the killing blow, giving Kento a chance to wrest the Mumeiken Kyomu from her and use it to slice her arm, prompting her to retreat. Kento would later return home and discover a cut on her arm, deducing that she was the identity of Falchion and confronting her about it. Yuina confessed and revealed her plot to get close to him and kill him to avenge her late fiancee, challenging him to a duel.
Kento would later meet her at the church where they had planned to get married and face her in battle. The two transformed into their Kamen Riders and began fighting each other, with Yuina initially overwhelming Kento in part due to her hatred of the swordsman. However, Kento's Lamp do Alangina Wonder Ride Book suddenly became upgraded into the Arabina Night Wonder Ride Book, allowing him to transform into Espada Arabian Knight and turn the tide of the battle. Kento defeated Yuina and knocked her out of her transformation, at which point the Mumeiken Kyomu rose up on its own and stabbed her through the gut for failing to complete her contract. The fatally wounded Yuina then ran into another room and locked the door behind her so Kento wouldn't be able to get to her, before confessing to him that she had genuinely grown to care for him in the time they had spent together and wished to see him survive or at least last longer than her. She would then pass away from her wounds, causing Kento to disappear right after as he had no one else to remember.
However, after Mamiya undid his actions with the Mumeiken Kyomu, Yuina, Kento and all of the swordsmen would return to existence. Yuina would later meet Kento after he noticed her dropping her copy of Aladdin and the Magic Lamp and revealed he had the same book before asking her out.
