Yuuma Toutetsu is the overarching antagonist of the Touhou Project video game Wily Beast and Weakest Creature and the main antagonist of Sunken Fossil World. She is a taotie who runs the Gouyoku Alliance, the strongest of the four warring animal spirit families who lord over the Animal Realm.

Yuuma does not appear in the game, but the Eagle Spirit the player has the option to choose belongs to her Gouyoku Alliance, which entered into a temporary truce with the Keiga Family and Kiketsu Family during the events of the game. If the player enters into the extra stage while channeling the Eagle Spirit, Saki Kurokoma will identify the spirit possessing the player character as being from "Toutetsu's gang." During Youmu's scenario, the Eagle Spirit mentions that Toutetsu has no interest in either the Keiga Family or Kiketsu Family.
Sunken Fossil World[]
Sensing a pool of petroleum in Gensokyo, Yuuma made her way to the surface to devour the oil and make herself more powerful. Sensing that Yuuma was a threat to Gensokyo, Okina Matara caused the oil to leak into Gensokyo in order to draw various individuals to investigate and confront Yuuma as a means to test the Taotie's power. Okina then approached Flandre Scarlet and convinced her to fight Yuuma with the promise that she would be a strong opponent.
After Flandre underwent training to prepare her to fight Yuuma around the petroleum pool, she confronted Yuuma and faced her in battle. Thanks to Flandre's ability to destroy anything canceling out Yuuma's power to absorb anything, the vampire little sister was able to triumph and deal the Gouyoku Alliance Matriarch a decisive defeat. With Yuuma now unable to monopolize the petroleum pool, Okina was able to approach Yuuma and convince her to enter into a partnership where they would jointly control the pool.
