Zack is the secondary antagonist of the 1984 comedic action cop film Beverly Hills Cop, the first installment of the film series of the same name.

He is portrayed by Jonathan Banks, who also played Mike Ehrmantraut in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, Silvermane in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, Pappy McAllan in Mudbound, and Filbrick Pines in Gravity Falls

Biography

He is Victor Maitland's right-hand man who aid with smuggling in drugs in disguise as art gallery. He is first scene at Axel Foley’s Apartment, when Axel is knocked at by an another thug named Casey. He then kills Mike Tandino, Axel’s best friend. He is next seen at Victor’s office when Foley questions about his friend’s murder, although Foley is kicked out of the building. He is then seen at the restaurant when Foley interrupts them.

Zack tries Foley to get out but Foley throws him into a Table of food. He appears at the Art warehouse when they confront Foley for exposing them. He lastly Appears at Victor’s mansion when Axel, Billy, and Taggart infiltrate them. Zack tries to kill foley with a shotgun during a gun fight at the mansion. As Zack tries to find Foley, he turns around and sees him but wasn’t quick enough to shoot him, Zack ends up being shot and killed by Foley, finally avenging his friend’s death.
