Zabadoa is the main antagonist of the 2007 russian fantasy film Wolfhund (Волкодав из рода Серых Псов)

Biography[]
He orchestrated the annihilation of the Grey Dog Clan, a peaceful and proud people who had never bowed to his will. Their village was burned, their warriors slaughtered, their memory nearly erased—except for one. Zadoba underestimated the fire he left behind. As the shadow over the land grew, Zadoba retreated to the Castle of the Cannibal, a fortress feared even by those who served him. There, his grip tightened over the realm, cursing the city of Galirad and manipulating its destiny for his own gain. His enemies became myths, his name a whisper used to frighten children into obedience.
But legends breed resistance. And one day, the last of the Grey Dog Clan came for him—no longer a child, no longer broken. He called himself Wolfhound now, forged in pain, hardened by slavery, and guided by purpose. Zadoba’s dark empire began to unravel: his prisoners freed, his schemes disrupted, and the princess he sought to control rescued not once, but twice.
In the end, Zadoba faced the one soul he failed to kill, and that soul ended him. His death was not a victory of light over darkness, but of endurance over tyranny, of memory over erasure. Zadoba vanished as all tyrants do—reduced from terror to dust, leaving behind nothing but scars and stories.
