Zahir Asadullah also known as Qadamah is the main antagonist of The Decaying City arc in the 2023 tactical first-person shooter game Ready or Not missions "Neon Tomb" and "Relapse". He is the leader of the American-chapter of The Hand.

Zahir was born in May 2nd 1982, he was born in Yemen and found his way into the company of Abd Allah ibn al-Zubayr, where he be came a trusted member, he was relocated to the United States in 2015. He was stated to Join the USIA (United States Intelligence Agency) for some time. However it’s mention he in LS City Pizza.
Neon Tomb[]
In response to the attacks Zahir had started a massacre on the Nightclub. This caused D Platoon to respond to the scene. During the raid, they managed to arrest/eliminate all the perpetrators including Zahir himself (though canonically they arrested them all, given by S rank being likely the most canon).
Post-Neon Tomb[]
Regardless if you killed him or not. He will be shown in the holding cells, where he'll be transferred to prison after Carriers of the Vine.
Relapse[]
Prior to the mission Zahir was brought to Almantes Correctional Facility; where weeks later he was beat up by the corrections officers for an unknown reason and he was sent to Coastal Grove Medical Center. Members of The Hand arrived at the hospital to free him, killing anyone that passed by, he was found in the MRI room by his comrades. Only to get arrested again. His ultimate fate is unknown after that.

- Despite Zahir being a unique suspect, he uses the Hand’s default voice lines. In the early access, his model is used as a randomly generated suspect. While his head model from club was also used for a civilian model for the MLO in the early access.
- The evidence board found in the Detective Bureau of the LSPD HQ reveals that "Qadamah" was a former USIA agent.
- Zahir is based on Omar Mateen, who also had the same motive.
