Ze-Su is the main antagonist of Ultraman Arc. He is one of the leaders of the galaxy where Ultraman Arc comes from.

History

Pre-Ultraman Arc

Prior to the series, a star systems were suffering from the threat of destruction due to the expansion of their sun, Sonia. Each of the leaders all joined together to discuss a plan to stop this, among them was Ze Su, who suggested Ze Su Gate, a wormhole that would channel Sonia's excess energy into other galaxies. The only problem with this was that one of the discharges would hit Earth. While the majority were against it, Ze Su wasn’t and went on to activate it anyway which forced the leaders to send Rution to seal it and save Earth.

In response, Ze Su sent in Monogelos to stop him. Though Rution was able to seal it and defeat Monogelos, as well was save a boy named Yuma Hize by fusing with him he wasn’t able to save the boy’s parents who died during his battle with Monogelos, leaving him riddled with guilt. To make things worse, because of him sealing the gate and fusing with Yuma, he had lost all of his energy and was forced to lay dormant for the next sixteen years.

Ultraman Arc

In the present, he came up with a plan to reopen the Ze Su Gate. First , by sending Digelos to attack Earth and later by sending his enforcer Sweed and her monster Zadime, who Arc was luckily able to defeat. Despite this though, the Ze Su Gate was a still a problem.

Not wanting to wait for the other leaders to find a proper solution, he sent Trigelos to attack Hoshimoto city and have Sweed bring in Guilebaku to manipulate Yuma’s dreams and reactivate the Ze Su Gate within Arc.
