Zeke is the main antagonist of the 2020 comedy film Cats & Dogs 3: Paws Unite!, third and final installment of film series.
He is a nerdy technician that works for Pablo at a local pet shop. He created the frequencies that affected the cats and dogs leading them into chaos.
He was voiced by Paul Dobson, who also voiced Doctor Doom in Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes.

Zeke is a male, brown Tegu lizard.
Biography[]
Zeke first appears in the movie cheering on Pablo as he attempts to fly over thirty-four cans of cat food. He also explains to Snarky that he was in the pet store for 612 days when Pablo asked him.
He later appears in the movie trying to help Pablo make a scary costume, which then he invents the iron dog suit that Pablo hides in. Later on Zeke and Pablo are driving the ice cream truck around to spy on Roger, Gwen, Duke and Ed. Him and Pablo kidnapped Ed and take him back to the pet store where they lure Roger, Duke and Gwen into their trap.
Later in the pet store, Zeke watches Pablo as he asks the cobras to scare Roger, Duke, and Gwen into crates to lock them up and send them away until Zeke gets an alert on his phone that Roger's and Gwen's owners Max and Zoe enter the store looking for their animals. As Pablo demands Zeke to get rid of the humans, he says to Pablo he'll do better then turns on a pain frequency affecting humans.
Zeke becomes enraged as he watches Pablo become good after being held by a human child. Which then Zeke dislikes because he had his own plan all along to make reptiles the number one animal of the world, Zeke then uses a frequency to hurt Pablo for wanting to shut down the plot. Roger then grabs Zeke and starts throwing him around so Pablo can take the phone from Zeke and shut down all the frequencies.
After the frequencies were erased, Ed arrests Zeke for the plot against other animals, which later on Pablo has Zeke locked in the iron dog suit to go to a new home with him.

- As mentioned in a behind the scenes video, the animal trainer handling Zeke used strawberry jam to get Zeke to lick his face.
