Zigmas Milko is a major antagonist in Hannibal Rising, the fourth and final installment in the Hannibal book series and its 2007 film adaptation. He is a Lithuanian war criminal and later a talented marksman and assassin, following the end of World War II. He is one of the men responsible for cannibalizing Mischa Lecter, forever scarring a young Hannibal Lecter while turning the boy into a serial killer.
