Zin is a minor antagonist and one of the subordinates of Gon Jem under Gon Jem Shittenoh from Metal Armor Dragonar. His specialty is creating illusions of his Metal Armor by use of 3 dimensional projections.

Zin is a man with long lilac hair.
Biography[]
He is introduced during Gon Jem's speech in episode twenty-seven. Later he joins his superior and comrades for a meal where Gon talks about how the Dragonars will be their opponents as they are the Earth military's trump cards. He remarks about Min wanting to eat in peace. Min however tells him not to joke about it and asks him who would eat with Gol. When Gol was enraged at being called a monkey, he fired his machine gun into the air.
It prompts his four comrades present to take cover. Later, when he and his team head to a small village the Dragonar team arrived at, he spied on Rose and Linda from a home he made the household hide him in. Rose's act of leaving the vehicle got Linda and Ben caught while Rose was caught by Zin. When the Dragonars arrive, Zin tells Linda and Rose to remain quiet with one of his Sai as the battle is about to begin. Smacking Linda, he approaches her with both his Sai, saying he finds stubborn women like her endearing cutting open her shirt. Rose however hits him with a flower pot.
But this escape failed as he recovered fast enough to recapture Linda. It is in the middle of another meal that Zin learns that Linda's name. Soon after that Gol gets into a fight with him over her, but Gon orders them to stop. Later that night, he confronts Kaine in the middle of saving Linda. Linda, however, provokes a fight between him and Gol in order for her and Kaine to escape. Later he replaces Aden as part of Zelock's triad when the former gets killed by Tapp. He tells Gon Jem not to make jokes about this, Gon explains the trio came from the Strategic Division of Giganos.
When they engage the Dragonars, Zin tells them to take care of the Dragonar 3's receiver so that it cannot interfere with his illusions. After a while into the fight the Dragonars retreat due to the wires in the Dragonar 3's receiver were damaged. After the Dragonars' retreat, Zelock subjects Zin to discipline as the hologram would've let him and Zodler take care of the Dragonars, warning that he will not let him off again if something like this happens again. When he sees his partners try to take a group of children hostage, Zin tries to kill them as well for this.
After seeing Kaine kill the two, Zin tells them to rest in peace while he makes a report to the moon commander. Later when his group discusses the bounty Meio, Zin muses they can pull strings with the new leader, can forget about Meio, and says its not a dream to be a back commander any longer. Gon tells him he's got some wits finding a way to earn money and a high position from the moon in its chaotic state. Zin says it's all thanks to Gon's training.
He then accepts an order to release false information on Meio's location to draw in the Dragonars. When this fails, and Gol's Metal Armor gets caught in the fourth shot of a laser cannon Gon borrowed from the Giganos factory, Ganan, alongside Min and Zin is out to replace him in the hunt for the Dragonars. He was present at the funeral for Gol after the latter was killed in the explosion of the cannon. Later he, Min, and Ganan draw the Dragonars into an empty factory as part of a trap.
Shortly after, a vengeful Gon shows up to join the fight against the Dragonars. When the fight starts to look bad for the Dragonars, Kaine tells Light and Tapp to retreat prior to managing to escape himself. Later, when Rose sends in a message asking for identification, Zin tells the caller that she revealed herself and, after hearing about false signals, pursues the device Rose left to distract him and his group and destroys it.
