Zorx, Klax, and Jennifer are the titular main antagonists of Captain Underpants and the Invasion of the Incredibly Naughty Cafeteria Ladies from Outer Space (and the Subsequent Assault of the Equally Evil Lunchroom Zombie Nerds), the third installment in the Captain Underpants franchise.
They are three space aliens who planned to invade Piqua, Ohio. They put this into plan by infecting the school with Zombie Nerd milkshake. Indirectly, by bringing many alien juices to the Earth, they are also indirectly responsible for turning Captain Underpants into a real hero with superpowers, as by that time he had been just a normal human without any powers.

Zorx, Klax and Jennifer first appear when they landed their spaceship on top of Jerome Horwitz Elementary School and watch over the humans through their "trinocloscope" until the moment is right to put their evil plan into action. Later, the three cafeteria ladies at the school quit due to George and Harold's pranks on them and the aliens filled in for their spot despite, or rather due to, not having experience, credentials nor references. Using their position, they turned the students and faculty at the school into Evil Zombie Nerds using Evil Zombie Nerd Juice and plan to feed them Super Evil Rapid Growth Juice the following day to make them gigantic and unleash upon Earth and take it over.
However, they forget to brainwash George, Harold, and Mr. Krupp because they were having lunch in the office, as George and Harold were banned form the cafeteria for the rest of the school year. After George and Harold gross out Mr. Krupp with disgusting lunches, they snuck out and found out that the whole school was turned into evil Zombie Nerds. So George and Harold snuck into the kitchen and poured the Super Evil Rapid Growth Juice outside inadvertently creating the Dandelion of Doom. They told Mr. Krupp about the situation, but he didn't believe him until Ms. Anthrope walked into his office and took a huge bite out of his desk. George, Harold and Mr. Krupp went into the kitchen and one of the aliens snapped his tentacle and Mr. Krupp turned into Captain Underpants.
Jennifer accidentally putting Self-Destruct juice in the gasoline tank, causing the spaceship to blow up.
Captain Underpants then runs away, leaving George and Harold to fight off the aliens themselves. When he returns, the alien lunch ladies order the Zombie Nerds to kill Captain Underpants, George and Harold. The Zombie Nerds soon trapped the trio, but they climbed up a ladder to the roof to get away from them. They went into the alien spaceship. and saw a refrigerator of juices. They were then capture and jailed in the spaceship by the aliens, who plan to make them their slaves once after they spray Super Evil Rapid Growth Juice into Zombie Nerds. However, George and Harold switched the Super Evil Rapid Growth Juice label with the Ultra-Nasty Self-Destruct Juice label, tricking them into pouring the Ultra-Nasty Self-Destruct Juice in the engines, killing the aliens and destroying their spaceship. George then fed Captain Underpants the aliens’ Extra Strength Super Power Juice so he could defeat the Dandelion of Doom, and Harold serve their Anti Zombie Nerd Juice to turn everyone in the school back to normal.

- The exact genders of Zorx, Klax and Jennifer are never mentioned in English, but the translations of the book refer to all of them as males despite dressing as lunch ladies and Jennifer being feminine given name, at least on Earth.
- From all the antagonists of the series, Zorx, Klax and Jennifer are the most significant (even though they got killed off), because if they hadn't come to Earth in their attempt to conquer it, Captain Underpants would have never acquired his superpowers. That said, the Wedgie Woman and Boxer Boy & Great Granny Girdle would have never acquired their powers either.
- Zorx somehow snapped fingers with his tentacle, turning Krupp into Captain Underpants, Harold even got confused by this. One explanation is that Zorx is an alien and can do anything.
- In an alternate universe where good and evil are swapped (home of Captain Blunderpants), the aliens are nice firefighters with Tippy Tinkletrousers.
- In Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie, an entrance to a ride at the carnival resembles an alien. They also appear as targets for a water gun game. Finally, all three make a cameo during the credits in their U.F.O., conveniently after Edith, who replaced the three cafeteria ladies in the movie, appears.
- In The Terrifying Re-Turn of Tippy Tinkletrousers, Tinkletrousers travels back in time and causing Mr. Krupp to lose his job as school principal. As a result, he was never turned into Captain Underpants and it leads to a dystopian future in which Zorx, Klax, and Jennifer unopposedly created their Evil Zombie Nerds (including George and Harold), leading them to kill and destroy everything all over the planet.
